This place is not a 5 star hotel, nor is it a KOA facility with rates of $99.00 per night minimum for a campsite. This place is rustic. It's literally in the middle of some of the most beautiful country in NV with Deer, Elk, Rabbits galore and abundant fish in the two nearby reservoirs. The campground is clean and fully functioning hookups but It is also a home for many permanent campers with the esthetics to go along with it. What I have to say to that is.... So what? The bar and store are incredibly clean and well maintained which came as a surprise to both my wife and I. Geoff, the bartender has a great sarcastic, sense of humor and can take a jab as good as he gets. If you are looking for a place that is a decent spot to base camp while you go out and explore the local flora, fauna and wildlife, this is the place to be. We will make this a regular stop on our camping adventures! You should too.

I was not going to post a review since I hoped this was an isolated incident and when I notified them they said they would look into it. But based on other reviews, this appears to be an ongoing issue. Still giving 2 stars since I think it's a good location for recreation, hunting, fishing, etc. and the RV spots won't share this issue.

Perfect for DarkSky camping base…read more We stayed here for a night, we stayed in the new lot, where we could just pull out onto the road. This spot was perfect for the day of hiking, we came back to camp & prepared for the night of DarkSky (it was on & off clouds). We found a spot for DarkSky watching & we could easily come back to our camp site with minimal bother to the neighbors. We also stayed at the Kershaw-Ryan park hoping for a dark sky spot, but the lights were on all night. Plus we were in a canyon with a fun group singing until the park ranger came by. Kershaw-Ryan is pretty for hikes but Young's is great for staying.

There are many spots that are level and offer full hook ups with sewer. Most spots have tall trees which provides shade to keep you covered from the desert heat during the day but spots are always filled. So book fast! The bathrooms and showers are clean and they're maintained daily. The Laundry room is also cool and clean and the washers and dryers are practically new! Jason is one of the kindest and coolest hosts in the park and will accommodate you as much as possible. I highly recommend!

From what I understood the owner was away so his family was handling the business. Very friendly and welcoming folks eager to help out should we have any problems. We had an additional truck and car hauler with us. We were able to park it there in the park near us so we didn't have to worry about off site unsecure parking. We had very easy to access full hook ups on the site. The site was very level with easy ingress and egress. Some of the sites have tree coverage and others are exposed which can work if you need to run a Star Link or the like or want the shade. The park has a really nice laundry room and shower facility right at the entrance attached to the office. The park was really quiet at night with zero noise heard from the main highway that has a lot of trucks going through using their Jake Brakes. Alamo itself is small but has the needed basic services. This is one of those hidden gems of a park to be able to plan a stop at while travelling.

The pool and jacuzzi are clean and provide a place to relax and unwind. Movie nights and food trucks add a welcoming atmosphere. Bike paths just outside of the park connect to the entire city making it easy to explore. Snow Canyon State Park is only 4 miles and a few miles from Tuachan outdoor market and Amphitheater. The RV sites are well kept with surrounding red mountains providing a stunning backdrop and two fenced areas for dogs to do their business. Despite the modern amenities and immaculate grounds, game room, laundry room and bathrooms, and adjacent farm, the park maintains a peaceful and rural feeling that makes it a wonderful place to unwind. We also appreciate the classy, respectful RVers who contribute to the overall atmosphere. It is a combination of all of the above that will continue to bring us back to Hidden Springs. We are already planning our next visit. I cannot recommend this place enough!!

It's like staying at a nice hotel with my camper. The area is a perfect jump off to many day adventures that are very close. Also the trails right outside of their property are great too. The evenings feel like a gathering place of close friends by the pool. Not that you have to be involved but there is a comfort feeling watching the kids play and the families interact. We love it!

Both were within a 30 minute drive and we even took advantage of the shuttle that picked us up from the city park each morning. From the time we arrived, to the time we left we were treated like family. Travis (the owner) was available daily to make sure our stay was as perfect as can be. We enjoyed the spacious and beautifully maintained sites, the sparkling clean bathrooms, the inviting pool and spa, and the sports courts. We also rented a fire ring which he personally delivered. We even had an embarrassing incident when our friend's car leaked oil on the concrete. Observing the pride that he has in his business I know this must have been upsetting, but he tried to make us feel better by reminding us that "nobody died" and it will all be okay. When we asked them to lower it we were confronted with obstinance and told it was Utah state law to keep it that high. Well that's not true and it's a dangerous temperature. Subsequent request were met with angry retorts. So I called the Health Department and it finally got resolved. Now guests can enjoy the spa. What a bunch of arrogant employees.

Best RV Park in St. George area!…read more Sites are mostly level with large gravel. Sites are very well spaced out and deep! The noise level has greatly improved with the large retention walls on the side of i15. The resort is super clean! Free trash pick up, two dog parks, free doggy poop bags, daily propane fill up, and more. Laundry and bathrooms are very well kept. I haven't used the pool area but I always see staff cleaning and prepping the area. Baseball court, swings, and more are available! The prices are reasonable and what really makes it special is the staff! They are absolutely amazing, from Bree, Dillon, Kevin, Rosie, Marysa and Brevin, the truly take care of the resort and the guests. They've started with weekly events to bring people together, including weekly yoga, group cooking classes, poker night and more. Some are for the whole family and some just for adults.
