I am so appreciative he was able to fit me in while I was in town during a recent visit. Always a pleasure getting my "oil changed" and body balanced. I feel amazing and so relaxed. Most wisdom I have about treating illness and injury comes from him. His treatments are far different than other acupuncturists I've been to, as he incorporates Sotaiho into it. This is a lot like massage meets yogic stretching. My family has continued to see him all these years, as well, curing chronic pain and other issues. I now live in Nashville, but always make time to see Peter when I'm home. For a "tune up" as he calls it. I wish he'd move to Music City, and I've tried to convince him several times of it, but no. If you're wondering whether he's worth the drive, HE IS. This man will change your life. Would recommend him to everyone.

After meeting her the first time I knew she was a perfect match for me. Lynn has a very hands on approach, but is gentle and does not push you to pain. Lynn also explains everything she is doing and why she is doing it. She makes you feel very comfortable. She also offers great hours 6am-6pm, and even then if that doesn't work she will find something that does! Lynn sees her patients individually versus some PT's who have to see multiple patients at a time. Lynn spends quality time with you for close to an hour. Lynn provides a variety of stretches and will find you one that is comfortable for your current level. While I am glad I was discharged, I will certainly miss seeing Lynn! If you are in need of a physical therapist, I HIGHLY recommend Lynn!

I usually go once a month but had to go a little more frequently for the past few months because of the intense discomfort in my knee. I thought I would give James & Linnea a try first before I go back to my doctor to see if I could get some relief. The pain in my knee was so intense it was impacting my every day living. I started with once a week treatments, then every 2 weeks and now every 3 weeks and I'm sure I'll be back to once a month again as the pain is completely gone. I was skeptical to think I would get this much relief...I use to think about where to place my knee when sleeping because the pain would wake me up nightly...not any more! I also have restless leg syndrome and Linnea recommended some Magnesium Glycinate supplements which have been extremely helpful. I highly recommend James and Linnea at Opus Total Health, they provide a relaxing, clean and friendly atmosphere. It'll be the BEST investment you make for your Health.

From the initial text inquiry to booking, to arrival at his location, I was guided. The conversation pre-massage already put me at ease. The ambiance is really relaxing; reminds me of the healing places in Asia. The 90-minute session was enjoyable; I almost fell asleep. He also worked on the areas I needed more attention on. The rate is reasonable, too. I am coming back.

I've tried different things with minimal relief. She was able to relieve some of the pain I was having using the right amount pressure by incorporating different techniques like cupping and scraping that other therapists hadn't done before. The bed also was warm and comfortable. Other therapists I'd been to before had only minimally dealt with my foot in spite of telling them about it. Overall good experience.
