I sent him the specs for the install and he said he could do it but said I would have to pay an additional $600-$900 for his travel. I got with EcoFLow and they stated that I do not have to pay for travel because everything is included in the price of the installation service I paid to EcoFlow and told me that they would get in contact with Leroy to let him know to reach back out. A week went by and I never heard back from Leroy so I called him and he didn't answer. He called me back later that day and was extremely unprofessional. Raised his voice and told me he was not going to do the install unless I paid extra despite what EcoFlow had said and then he immediately hung up on me. Just do yourself a favor and avoid his services unless you want hidden fees and a lack of professionalism.

Very disappointing experience with Walker Electric. I…read morecontacted Walker Electric because I was having problems with my electrical service. Their technician came out and diagnosed the service riser/SER cable as needing replacement, and I authorized the work based on that diagnosis. There is an important part of the timeline that I believe customers should know about. Several days BEFORE Walker Electric replaced the riser, I personally observed arcing at the utility pole and reported it to Walker Electric. I was told that they would notify the electric company about the arcing. I now have written documentation from the city stating that Walker Electric never notified them about the arcing condition. Despite the pole issue being reported to Walker Electric days before my repair, they proceeded with the riser replacement, which cost me roughly $3,000. After the repair was completed, my electrical problem still wasn't fixed. They then wanted to replace the metebox and meter since the riser did not solve the issue. The utility company ultimately came out, located a faulty splice at the pole, and repaired it. That resolved the electrical problem. So, from my perspective, I paid thousands of dollars for a repair that did not resolve the problem I originally called Walker Electric about. Even more concerning, the arcing at the pole had already been reported to Walker Electric days before they performed the repair, and I was told the electric company would be notified. I have documentation indicating that notification never happened. Walker Electric has since defended the work by saying it was warranted based on their testing and professional judgment. However, as the customer, I hired them to diagnose and fix my electrical problem, authorized an expensive repair based on their diagnosis, and the problem remained until the utility company repaired the issue at the pole. I will admit the riser was aged but did not require replacement at the time. The communication and handling of the situation were extremely disappointing. I would not recommend Walker Electric based on my experience. I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before authorizing expensive electrical repairs.
