I did just that and the clinic said I…read moreneeded to wait to have the appt set because they needed the doc to review my medical records (which there was only a pregnancy confirmation) I was told they would call me in 10-14 days with an appointment. They were informed I AM high risk, I had been having trouble finding a clinic to accept my CHAMPVA medical (they do accept) and I was mid/late term (24 weeks) I called 2 weeks after coming in, they claimed they had not gotten my medical records and it would be another week. I told Shay the nurse who answered that I was at the Health Dept when they faxed it over the SAME day I initially went in. I still have not heard ANYthing back from them. I am glad I did not wait for them to decide mine and my babies health was at risk. Otherwise I'd be singing a different tune with a lawsuit against them. You need to do better and stop telling people to be patient and to wait especially if you are not following through with what you say. I am now 30 weeks.. it's been SIX WEEKS since I was told '10 days' I will never recommend this office. They treated my teen daughter who was pregnant terrible 4 years ago as well.

He is gracious, kind, patient, loving and God fearing. He is an expert in his field and I am so blessed to have him in my corner. It's quite attractive and very calming and peaceful when you walk in. The staff is always very nice. Very helpful. The quality of care that you get is top-of-the-line. The type of care is OB/GYN or gynecology and other things in between the female anatomy. Dr. K is very friendly. She answers all your questions and she make sure that you're satisfied with all your questions that you may have and she make sure that you understand the answers before you leave. Sometimes they run a little bit behind, but that's to be expected because she's extremely good at her job and women wait to see her. So if you're in the market for an OB/GYN or a gynecologist give Dr. K a try. I told him I had a Pap smear last year and that OB recommended I only need one every 3 years, yet he insisted anyway. Completely blew past all my concerned and seemed bored by my presence. Absolutely will NOT visit him again. I was anxious to get some help and find some answers, and was completely blown off. 90% of the staff I met was no joy, either... the only reason I gave two stars was because Renoso's nurse was a JOY. She was the only kind person I came across in my visit. Unfortunately, that's not enough to make up for the rest of the rude staff and doctor.
