For one of my daughter, he gave me a choice of extracting baby tooth out or just wait it out but he didn't give me any explanation what are the pros and cons. So when I asked him, he just shut me up. Last year I decided to do something great for myself, because i was starting to feel really old…read morewhen i looked in the mirror... i will be 50 this September and my days of baking myself into that perfect shade of golden brown have come to haunt me now in my more mature years...my skin was feeling so shallow, in fact, it looked translucent to me , the circles under my eyes were pretty dark as well... I hated looking into the mirror .. And then....the Universe dropped this incredible coincidence into my lap...i was receiving PRP shots in my knee and learned it could be used to regenerate collagen in the face. When i heard this, and learned that the procedure used only my own plasma, I was definitely interested. After speaking with Dr. Hatz, I was definitely even more interested. Her warm, calm and studious manner appealed to me immediately, so I said, " Let's do it!" And i couldn't be happier with my results! I had 3 procedures. In each, she uses a micro needle that goes a certain deepness, each time a little more, to create channels for the plasma to be massaged into. I have had one tattoo and i would say it hurts much less. Marilyn is very gentle and makes sure you can tolerate the micro needling. And, once you see how damn good you will look, you will say the minor amount of discomfort was WELL worth it! I didn't really start to see the results until a month to 2 in .. one thing that was FANTASTIC was how my skin shone... basically your face gets buffed of all the dead skin so you just glow.... I couldn't quit stealing glances of myself in the mirror!! I felt young and pretty again! The wrinkles around my eyea near vanished...the lines around my smile all but gone, the texture of my skin was definitely thicker feeling as supple and firm as the collagen grew thicker and thicker. Dr. Drew decided that my son would need to undergo the procedure under general anesthesia, and an anesthesiologist would be brought in. We returned for a second appointment, during which they were able to perform the exam. We do need to follow up with an oral surgeon, which I expected, as I heard the same information from his previous dentist. I got a deep cleaning and had a couple of fillings (clearly I eat too many sweets...but I'm still not stopping). They did my right side first and then the left so I wouldn't be all numb and chew off my cheek or something crazy. I had no pain during or after which is always a huge plus. I really like that they have two offices, I typically go to the one farther from my home, but in an emergency I could always go to the other office...or if it worked better with my schedule. The girls at the desk are very friendly, easy to talk to. I also think it's a plus that it's two sisters working together - at my cleaning my regular dentist stepped away and her sister took over so that we wouldn't waste time. Two for one! Cool with me.
