Well again a no-show and no communications I finally sent them a text to tell them what a joke of a company and that they have no customer service skills on Monday night. Now they urgently sent a reply saying they apologize for the inconvenience and thats not how they run their company. Buyer beware, no shows..a big red flag, poor communications and just a lack of urgency when this is what they do for a living. As far as I'm concerned I dodged a bullet and you should too! P.S. This is just a follow-up on my review of Enhanced landscaping. He just called me to tell me to quote " go f**k myself" Such a classless act from a embarrassing company. After we decided to hire his company, he again met with us at our convenience, even though it interfered with his own personal plans. He honored his time commitment to us, which was very impressive. He was able to complete the project in a timely manner and in less time than promised. His work crews were courteous and hardworking. His ideas were excellent and influenced us to make several changes from our original design. He was very responsive when we added new elements to the project. He was always available to discuss any concerns we had. His recommendation of plants was right on, and they are all thriving. Most important, he did excellent work for us. We had only one small concern which he immediately agreed to correct. In summary, we are very pleased with the service that Greg provided us and would recommend him to anyone who wants a landscape project done.

DLC responded quickly with an estimate, and after asking friends about it I was told it was a good deal. So I responded that I would like to use their service and an email was sent with a link to pay, which made it a breeze, and set up a weekly appointment during this rainy month of May. They came the same day I paid, and did a terrific job considering what I'd tried to do (it was bad) and the lawn looks great. I will put up pictures when the lawn looks a little better, because I'd tried to use an electric mower that wouldn't adjust properly so some spots are awful. Anyway, great job, guys! They got my elderly aunt's snow removal scheduled right away, which made it possible for her to get to the doctor.
