I am currently 29 weeks pregnant, and I just switched from Dr. Brody to another local OBGYN because of our health insurance changing. My new OBGYN told me he's been getting many new patients from Dr. Brody's office, and he went on to tell us it's because Dr. Brody has had his hospital privileges taken away. The new doctor said when it came time for me to deliver, Dr. Brody would not have shown up to the hospital. I explicitly remember Dr. Brody telling me and my husband that he would deliver our baby at Erlanger. He told us this in September 2019, even though he has had his privileges revoked at Erlanger since early 2019. I put so much trust into Dr. Brody, so this is truly mind-blowing. It sickens me to think of him continuing to deceive other pregnant women.
