Today 1/7/24, I was going to pick up my HPA fully upgrade AK only to find out that it's missing, also my redline regulator for Daytona and a aeg battery. The explanation Mike gave me is that if a job he worked on has been there for over at least a couple years, he discards/boneyards it after making multiple attempts to contact owner. First, this was never disclosed to me when I brought in 4 items for repairs, he "victims blames" me by laying the fault on me for leaving the gun too long. The person who told me not to go to him says he takes his time with the repairs, I was in the impression that this is normal and same reason I haven't heard from them. Airsoft was in a hiatus since Warped OPs burned down 18 months ago, I get his point but I'm not unreasonable, I was expecting to pay storage fee or whatever he wants to charge me for that. There was never an attempt to contact me about my items, I never changed my number and have the same number for years and I work in healthcare working with multiple health care professionals. I simply don't miss phone calls. The job is not over 2 years ago, see tag, he keeps on changing on how long he keeps an item in storage, started from 6 years and worked his way down to 2 years. Lastly, the only item I got back today is my krytac drum mag that he deems "beyond repair". Mike's reasoning is extremely faulty because of all the items, the drum mag would be the perfect candidate for trash/boneyard. He claims that once his shop contacts the owner, they right something behind the back of the tag. Mine is blank. I wouldn't be surprised if Mike sold my items. It just doesn't make sense to throw the "repaired" items and keep the boneyard ones, plus it's a quick sell. Stay away, do yourself a favor. I'm a relatively new customer (filament purchases) of Matterhackers but I was pleasantly surprised at staffer Ali Entezari proactively facilitating contact with another from their tech support Kyle C. Kyle took my issue directly to BambuLab simultaneously with my own submission of a service ticket to BambuLab also. Bambu customer service was responsive but I feel Kyle's communication with them helped clarify my issue and expedited a satisfactory proposal to replace my printer once I've returned the defective one. Much appreciated these outstanding efforts, a tribute to Matterhackers care for their customers in my experience!

He helped me to understand the different options of printing quality, paper, shipping rates, and he helped to fix my file --- all in one store. I can't tell you how helpful that was after many years of running around town trying to get things done at various places. I needed to print some artwork and ship it to the east coast. Joe had me send the file to him before coming in so he could take a look at it, he was able to get my file ready for print and by the time I came in the store he suggested different paper options. It was a quick and easy process - he had it printed and ready to ship so fast. The shipping process was even easier.
