I have a problem with my jaw so I wear a fitted mouthguard that my previous dentist took pains to make sure was comfortable for me. This dentist didn't even look at it, never acknowledged it, and certainly didn't check if it was still fitting properly. In fact, he barely introduced himself at our first meeting. I was uncomfortable with that but thought he might just be rushed and that I'd give him another chance. He saw my entire family. Dental cleanings for my kids by the hygienist was fine. I was mortified when she stated how dirty my mouthguard was and that "maybe" she could get them clean again. She was also distressed about the case that I stored it in (a case that I had been given by my previous dentist) but didn't offer a solution. I've since been using her instructions for cleaning my mouthguard but they look the same. There are better dentists out there!

We got here about an hour early & it says they open at 9am however staff didn't start to arrive til 9:30am. My mother & I were first, however another person came about 9:45 & his appointment was at 9:30. Once we were able to go in, a couple more people started to come & we were wondering "what time is their appointment" because my mother's was at 10am. I heard a woman who came in say her appointment was also at 10 & there is only one dentist at this office to my knowledge, so they double book appointments, which I'm not really a fan of. My mother also informed me that if you cancel your appointment within 24hrs there is a $100 charge, which I'm not a fan of that either. With life happening in this new world we live in with Covid existing, I just feel some grace should be given. I won't be coming here for services for those reasons. The staff was polite & professional which is always appreciated, but they should be getting there on time or change the opening hours as well as don't double book.
