I have a problem with my jaw so I wear a fitted mouthguard that my previous dentist took pains to make sure was comfortable for me. This dentist didn't even look at it, never acknowledged it, and certainly didn't check if it was still fitting properly. In fact, he barely introduced himself at our first meeting. I was uncomfortable with that but thought he might just be rushed and that I'd give him another chance. He saw my entire family. Dental cleanings for my kids by the hygienist was fine. I was mortified when she stated how dirty my mouthguard was and that "maybe" she could get them clean again. She was also distressed about the case that I stored it in (a case that I had been given by my previous dentist) but didn't offer a solution. I've since been using her instructions for cleaning my mouthguard but they look the same. There are better dentists out there!

So I book an appointment for the next day 7/7/26. I was very pleased with the appearance of the office. The waiting area was clean and well kept. Once inside i was impressed with the cleanliness of the room and equipments. The staff was caring and pleasant. Once Dr Thompson enter the room I was even more impressed. She was easy to talk to, very down to earth and professional. She performed my extraction with local anesthesia, I felt no pain, no pressure, and before I knew it the extraction was over. This was the best extraction I have ever had. I look forward to my other appointment with Dr Thompson. I would definitely recommend Dr Thompson to my friends and family.

I am being sent texts every other day sometimes twice a day with a reminder that my appointment is coming up and if I don't respond back saying I would be there. I would be charged $100 after I say yes I would be there via text. The texts continue with the same thing following day and reminding me of my copay to which I already know about which is very annoying all the days and numerous texts I received about this appointment even on day of few hours before. At this point I am annoyed with all these texts that I received the whole week before my appointment. Then when I get there I get my X ray, teeth cleaned which they do good with. The problem is the Doctor Edly he has me sitting and waiting for him to check in my mouth to make sure everything is OK gums, teeth etc along with looking at my Xray. I've sat in the chair for over half and hour after I'm done with my cleaning to check my teeth and he sends his other workers to stall and tell me he is coming over soon and soon becomes never. After tge half hour is up he sends his workers to tell me he is working on someone else's mouth and can't come over and that everything is fine with my teeth without ever coming over to look at my teeth/gums. He has done this many times to me already. I can't remember the last time ive seen this Dentist in person throughout the years. Mind you me he's in the next room and refused to come and seems to make himself busy everytime I come in. So they text and call me all week long to come in but then when I'm there does not complete my dental visit. This is very unprofessional and I've never been treated like this before by any other dentist before in past. It's bad enough I already feel queasy when going there because it looks and feels like a former funeral parlor there. But I must say that even a mortician at a funeral parlor would treat me much better than I've been treated by this Dr at this Dentist office. I don't know what's the problem here but you'll definitely lost me as a patient here. I'm done and moving forward somewhere better than this place.

We got here about an hour early & it says they open at 9am however staff didn't start to arrive til 9:30am. My mother & I were first, however another person came about 9:45 & his appointment was at 9:30. Once we were able to go in, a couple more people started to come & we were wondering "what time is their appointment" because my mother's was at 10am. I heard a woman who came in say her appointment was also at 10 & there is only one dentist at this office to my knowledge, so they double book appointments, which I'm not really a fan of. My mother also informed me that if you cancel your appointment within 24hrs there is a $100 charge, which I'm not a fan of that either. With life happening in this new world we live in with Covid existing, I just feel some grace should be given. I won't be coming here for services for those reasons. The staff was polite & professional which is always appreciated, but they should be getting there on time or change the opening hours as well as don't double book.
