Of course this happened on a Saturday. We contacted Bill and he was able to come over that day, around 5pm, and fixed the broken pipe, checked the electrical wiring, and waited until we verified our water tanks were filling again from the well. While it took a while for the tanks to fill, we didn't want to drain the aquifer so we filled an hour at a time, we had water again the same day. Thanks to Ashland Pump! We highly recommend them.

We pay an extra delivery charge that actually cost more than the soil. OK that's the how they run their business. But when they bring me less than I paid for and then tell me that they are absolutely sure they did it right no matter what I measure outside, we have a serious disagreement. Then I was told there's no way to measure it once they drop it. It could have settled. Excuse me? In one week it would've settled enough to lose a yard and a half? Math doesn't change. I believed it was an accident I still do. But to treat a customer like they were absolutely stupid and refuse to even come look is not who I want to do business with. So unfortunately, I will not be doing business with them anymore.
