The place I wanted towed to was less than a mile away and I was ready to pay full price for a tow. Business is business, I get it. But Eddie suggested that he swap my tire out seeing as how he had the tools on hand for it. Which he then did. So he saved me from having to skip a day of work, and I didn't have to pay for a tow. We were able to find them easily on our way from Crater Lake to the Redwood National Park. Our service guy (sorry we didn't catch his real name) was diligent and kept looking for the problem. After several attempts he took everything apart and bingo.....two unattached wires. How these things happen who knows but the problem was found and we were back on the road. They were cordial and fit us in despite their all ready busy schedule.
