They took care of the issue quickly and refunded me. I've gone to locations in town where the staff told me not to buy a part, to go on YouTube and look at symptoms of my car first, which really frustrated me. I had walked away annoyed and empty handed. Natasha remembered me from my last visit, even little details about me, like my mom being here on a visit and me owning a cleaning business. When she couldn't find an answer to a question, she had Cory come help. I love this location and the staff.
