Summer Grace cut and colored my hair to perfection!!! I've never had such a perfect blonde in all my life! She added some blue and purple and guaranteed the work so when I discovered it wasn't short enough she got me in right away and didn't make me feel guilty for having to come back in! I can't believe I have never written this review before!! While I just recently starting going to Rogue Hair Design, Stephanie has been doing my hair for ten years. When I was living in Portland I would put off major styling changes until I came down to the Rogue Valley for a visit just to be sure she was the one doing it for me. Stephanie is a genius with my locks. I have very fine hair, and she knows what works, what will look good, and when to tell me "no." I have entrusted her with all sorts of changes, from body waves to chopping off 10+ inches. And her color skills--let's just say the girl has a gift. She knows just how much, where to place highlights, and it always grows out perfectly. The thing I appreciate the most about Stephanie is the fact that she talks through everything with me before we make a major change. If I have crazy aspirations for what I want my hair to look like and she knows that isn't possible with my hair, she not only tells me up-front, she offers up alternatives that will work better. I have never once walked away disappointed with what she has done. The salon itself is a delightful place, easy to find in Talent with a relaxing atmosphere. It's always clean and very inviting, exactly the kind of place I like to be for an hour or so while I chat with my stylist. Summer at Rogue Hair has become the only person I trust with my hair. She saved me from a bleaching disaster and gave me the best cut I have ever had. Since then she's done trims and touch ups and I'm always thrilled when I walk out. She's so warm and welcoming, always such a pleasure to chat with and catch up. I would recommend her to anybody- especially if you're anxious around having haircuts. I have been getting my hair cut from Stephanie for over 10 years and she never fails to impress! She is very attentive to any ideas I may have for a new style and is always helpful if I am indecisive. I'm always confident when going in to get a cut because I know it will look great! Oh my gosh, so much good to write about this place, I don't even know where to start! Well, I'll start with my stylist. SUMMER IS AMAZING, to put it simply. She is young, fun, and totally down to do crazy colors in your hair! She does an amazing job at cutting and styling. To the people that think awesome hair cuts come from really experienced people is wrong. Stephanie has been the ONLY person who I have let cut my hair for about eight years now, and even though I have lived out of town for the past four years I still will go back to town to have her and only her cut my hair because she is so good. the service you get by Teri is by far the best I have ever had at a hair salon being a guy I'm used to going into a non descript place and getting a run of the mill job.
