People I'm being held hostage by my Dentist office. La Clinica bills there self as Low Cost Dental…read more Last month I went in for what's called a hard reline for my dentures. I was told that it was going to cost me $100.00 because my Dental Insurance would cover it. I'm already into this Low Cost Dental for 12K out of my own pocket. But I paid the $100.00 because I needed my teeth to fit. The lady that worked on me said Norm this $100.00 will be good for 6 months . It this doesn't work just come back in. If you get another bill just bring it back to me. Well the hard reline didn't work but guess what? I got a new bill for $150.00. When I called to tell them what was said about me paying the $100.00 and not having to pay again. I was told the doctor that help me with the hard reline was wrong. I owe $150.00 because my Dental Insurance won't take care of it. If I pay them another $150.00 it will be good for 6 months. I called my Insurance Co and was told. We can't keep paying for a service if they can't make it right. If I don't pay this $150.00 I will end up with bad credit. So far nothing has worked . I'm out 12k for a piece of crap sitting in my dresser drawer. Not a happy camper. What would you do?

I was so lucky to find Sue after my family and I relocated to Shasta when I was 37 weeks pregnant. From the very beginning my interactions with Sue and her team were always positive and full of learning. Sue has such a kind way of explaining everything there is to know about birthing and answering all questions in a non-judgmental and knowledgeable manner --she's also extremely funny which made all of our visits a delight. Such a profound honor it is to be stepping from maiden into the birthright that is Mother and it's a real privilege to be cared for by a strong, kind, and powerful women. I am deeply grateful to Sue Wolcott and her assistants for holding patience and positivity during my long labor. They drove during a blizzard, had little sleep and despite it all showed love and compassion all the way through. From a deep place in my heart words cannot explain the gratitude that I have even more than these words can express for these three women. Sue and her team provided excellent, personalized care that every wombyn needs during such a delicate time. She trusts your body to do what it was meant to do and works as your advocate throughout the whole process - including the post-partum period.
