It started months and months earlier during my prenatal visits. Jackie is kind. She's very smart. She supports and advocates for natural birth, but she also doesn't push limits into realms that are risky when there are complications. She doesn't mess around trying to do things naturally, when time is of the essence in more emergent situations for example. My birth was very much like that I wanted to have a natural birth at home, but my water broke early, and I was not going into labor. We worked with the doctors at rogue regional to create a plan, so that I could try and get onto labor, naturally but that didn't happen and I was able to partner with her on the best plan of action for getting induced. I'm so incredibly grateful to have worked with her because I didn't get to have the natural birth that I wanted due to the circumstances of my water breaking early but I did have an amazing hospital birth and she was right there at my side along side with my Doula Maddie and a great team at rogue regional. And Jacqie has been beyond phenomenal ever since the birth as well, coming to my home, a few times after the birth to do my check ups. She's been so amazing with my infant son. She's been super available to support me with all the wacky things that come up with a newborn. She has tons of information and she's helped me a lot with breast-feeding and the challenges around it. I cannot recommend Jackie enough. She is an angel.

She showed me compassion, calmed my nerves and gave me confidence. I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone. Sometimes you meet someone and realize they are the perfect fit for the occupation they chose and Jackie is definitely one of those people.

People I'm being held hostage by my Dentist office. La Clinica bills there self as Low Cost Dental…read more Last month I went in for what's called a hard reline for my dentures. I was told that it was going to cost me $100.00 because my Dental Insurance would cover it. I'm already into this Low Cost Dental for 12K out of my own pocket. But I paid the $100.00 because I needed my teeth to fit. The lady that worked on me said Norm this $100.00 will be good for 6 months . It this doesn't work just come back in. If you get another bill just bring it back to me. Well the hard reline didn't work but guess what? I got a new bill for $150.00. When I called to tell them what was said about me paying the $100.00 and not having to pay again. I was told the doctor that help me with the hard reline was wrong. I owe $150.00 because my Dental Insurance won't take care of it. If I pay them another $150.00 it will be good for 6 months. I called my Insurance Co and was told. We can't keep paying for a service if they can't make it right. If I don't pay this $150.00 I will end up with bad credit. So far nothing has worked . I'm out 12k for a piece of crap sitting in my dresser drawer. Not a happy camper. What would you do?

My wife was seeing Dr Ross because of being highly recommended and I attended multiple OB…read moreappointments with her within the last few months. The office staff was great, nurses were good as well but Dr Ross herself is not very attentive. She often seemed very disinterested and would talk over my wife or shrug off her concerns. She put my wife on some medication and then at the next appointment she didn't even mention it or ask how's it's going with said meds. I'm not sure if it's a personality issue or if Dr Ross has too many clients but either way there is a severe disconnect. My wife and I both do not recommend her.

I had visited this clinic for a regular exam in 2023 and decided I would not go back. The reason I…read morechose not to was the long 45 minute wait in the exam room with out one check in. The only reason I went back is because my doctor referred me. A mass was found on my ovary via ultrasound. After a MRI I had an appointment with Dr Toshnik. I waited one hour ,45 minutes sitting in the exam room. Not one person checked in to update me on his arrival. When he did finally arrive he spent 5 minutes with me because he had to go deliver a baby. He quickly looked at me and said, "Let me just cut to the chase. I've never seen a tumor like this. Have you even looked at your X-ray? I'll have to consult with my colleagues" He wasn't prepared for my visit. It seemed like you would consult your colleagues before my appt. It was a complete waste of my time. I was shocked,stressed and highly disappointed in delivery of this difficult news. I called the office and let them know how unhappy I was. He did call and apologize My hope is they can provide better care . I will not be returning.
