Andrew is a 5-time entrepreneur that owned and operated his first business in his native Australia in 1983. Since then he has owned two businesses in Australia and three in California. With a passion for small business, Andrew works with owners that wish to exit their business or new entrepreneurs that are not sure whether to start their own business, buy the rights to a local franchise or buy an existing business. Andrew is a Certified Business Intermediary with the International Business Brokers Association, a Certified Business Broker with the California Association of Business Brokers, a Certified Machinery and Equipment Appraiser with the NEBB Institute and a Certified Senior Business Analyst with the ISBA.

Andrew Rogerson is a 5-time business owner and Certified Business Broker. He uses his training, experience and energy to help those that own a business and wish to sell, by handling the entire exit planning process and then its execution. He also helps new business owners understand they have three options to become a new business owner; start their own business, buy an existing business or buy the rights to a franchise and more importantly, which one is right for them. Andrew also provides business valuations and certified machinery and equipment appraisals.
