If you do not pay for expedited service do not expect your POS in less than a month. He was quick to take on my cases and collect payment, but the real problem began afterward when accurate paperwork and follow-through were needed. I paid for two separate cases. In the first case, the Proof of Service was delayed over a month, and when I finally received it, he had listed the defendant's previous address as my address, the plaintiff. Because of that mistake, the court now reflects incorrect address information for me. In the second case, the court rejected the Proof of Service three separate times because of incorrect information. This case had specific service requirements, and I repeatedly asked for corrections because deadlines mattered. Months later, the paperwork was still not corrected. One revised version was sent, but the court rejected it again. Instead of taking responsibility, he called me a liar and a thief after I disputed the charges with my bank while waiting for proper paperwork. When I pleaded with him to fix the forms so my case would not be harmed, he responded: I WILL NOT FIX IT, I HAVE SPENT TOO MUCH TIME ON YOUR PAPERS!! He then threatened police reports, small claims court, and demanded a cashier's check before making corrections. HE IS A VERY INEXPERIENCED SERVER AND DOES NOT KNOW THE COURT RULES WHEN IT COMES TO SERVICE. He told me an attorney friend advised him how to handle one of the cases, yet he still could not complete the paperwork correctly. His errors and refusal to timely correct them can potentially cost me the chance to recover five figures for damages due to missed service deadlines. Waiting two months for a Proof of Service is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. My warning to new customers: if your matter is simple and mistakes do not matter, you may be fine. But if your case is time-sensitive, requires strict compliance with court rules, or depends on accurate filings, I strongly recommend using an experienced professional instead.

After submitting a few inquiries to attorneys and not getting any response back or simply rejected…read morefrom taking on my case because they were too busy, I found LDA Pro Legal with Angela's team. Angela was able to provide very clear details and expectations throughout the stressful eviction process. I appreciated the fact that she communicated often throughout the process even when dealing with a family emergency. There were times when she responded to my emails even late at night which really put me at ease to get such quick responses. After contacting Angela early in June 2024, I received the keys to my house back early October 2024 which all things considered in California is pretty quick. She was even able to refer me to a lawyer after the eviction to help with owed rent. All in all, I highly recommend Angela for any eviction needs for a straightforward process and reasonable prices. Her communication is also what sets her service apart from her others. Thank you Angela!

It seems like we reached a dead end on what should have been a simple filing. I don't know if this…read morebusiness closed or what. It's 3 days after submitting all our documents and payment online and I am googling to find out if the business is even open and real which is not a good sign. It seems like they must have gone out of business because it seems strange that there is no communication whatsoever. No one answering the phone? No one answers emails? I can't find anywhere it says this location is now closed but something is not right. Disappointed. So after first denying we existed I sent a copy of the very confirmations of information uploaded to their website and payment to their office. I also sent the emails that went ignored. The owner has now refunded us but what about the time we lost in a time-sensitive legal matter? An eviction matter has a specific time-clock and it's already a drawn out process. The owner can rapid fire respond to a yelp or google review but couldn't be bothered to respond to emails? To calls? Or to take any action whatsoever? That's priorities! And to be clear- tonight I read a review by someone named Matt Reis on google. He had the exact same experience 4 weeks ago. He lost valuable time and money due to their inaction and dereliction. And no one communicated with him either. So it's a pattern not an anomaly. Who wants to deal with a company on sensitive matters that is so unreliable, unprofessional, uncommunicative, and who is more concerned with their yelp reviews than client service? We got our money back but they wasted our time. We won't forget that for any of our rental properties.

I contacted him about serious issues I…read moreexperienced at my previous rental after speaking with five other attorneys who declined the case without clearly explaining why. Once I told him I had moved out a week ago, he immediately explained that my options had changed. He briefly discussed what could potentially be pursued, then advised me that small claims court would likely be my most practical approach. I only wish someone had given me that straightforward answer from the beginning instead of having me repeatedly relive the experience. His response was concise, matter-of-fact, and clear. He gave me the information I needed to understand why attorneys were not taking the case and helped me recognize that I had exhausted that avenue. Thank you, Mohammad, for your honesty, clarity, and direction.

The most concerning issue was that my case was filed prematurely, before the required three-day notice period had expired. As a result, the tenant's attorney challenged the case, and I had to dismiss it and deal with the process of starting over. I was also not clearly informed at the beginning that he was not an attorney. I believe that is important information a client should know upfront when seeking help with a legal matter. Had I understood his qualifications and limitations from the beginning, I would have made a different decision about how to handle my case. I was left dealing with court filings, deadlines, and additional stress while trying to manage my business and family. I ultimately had to seek advice from an actual attorney to understand the problems with the case and what steps I needed to take next. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage anyone considering hiring him for an eviction matter to verify his qualifications, understand exactly what services he is legally authorized to provide, and make sure all notices and court filings are reviewed carefully before proceeding. This review reflects my personal experience and the consequences I had to deal with. I wish I had known more before hiring him.
