Next I was told to come pick up my phone as the repair would be done in in an hour or so. I even gave them to the next day as I was busy yet they said the part still wasn't ordered.Yet they found the part in the back area when they took a look? Confusing and unclear. Not to mention they almost lost my phone case and tried to tell me it was my fault (lucky thing he found it when he looked around). Now this last part is more on the business itself not this specific location (I hope). They have a 50$ non refundable fee you pay on top of whatever you need to pay for repairs. I was told it was an assurance fee....Yet whenever I go to other places like Infrared Repair there is no such fee. My first and last time there for sure.

Honestly, I wish I could give this place no stars. I have never received such poor customer…read moreservice. Firstly, I have my perfectly working phone's battery replaced. This was over 2 weeks ago. Everything was fine until I got home and the keypad was not working. Every time I tried to open my keyboard, it would not come up. I take my phone back and wait over an 1 for the guy to tell me it was an update that caused this issue. He then tells me he will look into the matter and message me when he has more Information. I wait a week and did not hear anything so I message him and ask if he has sorted out the issue? Nope, he can try a few things and hope it works. Tonight I try and call the store because Google says their are open from 11 to 9. I tried calling twice and receive a message "text only". Please keep in mind my phone has now not worked for 2 weeks. I explain the situation and say I am leaving overseas tomorrow and is there anything that can be done for me. I get told to message the guy who changed my battery. I can not believe I am being bounced around. I just want my phone to work. I have attached the conversation and how unprofessional this guy was. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!! They falsely claimed that they were and that the screen they were installing was in fact, an OEM screen. When they replaced my screen, they stripped a screw. Made me wait TWO DAYS without my phone before coming back to me and saying it was fixed. It wasn't. I couldn't accept calls on the phone and when I tried, it would do a hard reset. My phone was less than 6 months old at the time. I returned it and they said they would replace my phone under warranty and refund the money for the screen. I said that's fine and I waited 3 more days before they got a new phone for me. Sounds great right? Once they had the replacement from Apple, they refused to refund me the money for the screen and they tried to charge me an additional $30 for a diagnostics fee. I called Apple hoping they could help me because they are a "Authorized Apple Repair Store" right? WRONG! They lied to me multiple times. They are not authorized and therefore Apple couldn't help me. I have learned my lesson... only go to Apple. These guys lied to me repeatedly. They do own an authorized store down in Toronto but since this location wasn't authorized, I got screwed.

I turned to this company for help. I had a completely broken phone screen, namely iPhone 7 black. I…read morebrought the phone around 1 or 2 pm., they told me that by the end of this working day they will be able to replace me with glass for 70 dollars. Also, the employee did not call me at the end of the day, I drove on my own, because they had a promise. When I arrived 30 minutes before the end of their working day, this employee informed me that the screen has not been changed yet, but this problem will be solved today and they will remain working longer than their working day was. When I arrived again at the appointed time, they told me that they put white glass on a black iPhone 7, with a white screen, I was upset because of this and asked them why you didn't even call to ask about the decision that you are going to to accept? After which I received an answer from the master that this glass looks even cooler, I replied that for me it was not cooler, you should have asked me about it. They answered me that I should be like this glass literally until the next day and they will replace this glass without any additional charge, I said well, thank you and left. Also I did not check, but after this repair the 3D Touch did not work completely. Also, when I arrived the next day, that is, today they was told that there was still no black glass and if I want to exchange for black glass and for 3D Touch to work, I have to pay an extra 25 dollars, which I was very indignant at and went to another place and replaced the glass in a normal place without any problems in 20 minutes, and in that place they told me that those workers put me fake, not original glass, and in a new (normal place I installed the original glass for the same amount of work, the employees in this place explained how to identify original and fake glass). I do not recommend going to this place to anyone, because you will only spend money and your nerves to nothing, without solving your problem, thanks if you read it to the end.
