Do not use Black Apple. They couldn't software reboot my iPhone 13 so said they needed to hardware…read morereboot which meant opening the phone with risk of breaking the screen. Screen broke and the hardware reboot didn't work. Took phone to an Apple authorized dealer (Black Apple isn't) and they software rebooted in 20 minutes and said there was no reason to even consider opening the phone. They told me never to go to Black Apple, they don't know what they're doing and I guess my experience confirms that. Now I have a phone I'm still paying on that has a broken screen that'll cost me $400 to replace. Tried to reach Black Apple by email several times to see if they'd step up and help with the screen and they've never responded. So they don't know what they're doing and care nothing about customer service. Unless you're willing to risk your phone, do not use Black Apple.

Took my iPhone out of the rice and it turned on, the front cover case was a bit cracked and peeling, all apps working - but - it would not charge. Took it Digital Rabbit - and they took it apart, checked it, put it back together and voila - with a new face cover - my iPhone was good! Culprit - a piece of rice had lodged into the lightening port. The team was terrific - knowledgeable, friendly, fun and, efficient and effective, fair price - 5 stars for sure! And FYI, they advised the bag of rice thing is myth - its really about turning the device OFF, drying the device well, and leaving it ALONE (Do NOT turn it on) for 48 - 72 hours.
