I truly debated on whether or not to update this, but months later, I'm still having a bad taste in my mouth. Only reason this is 3 stars instead of 1 is literally Sandy. Sandy was great to work with, Claudia not so much. The agreement is overtly strict. They have fees for everything, late fees. Early fees. Late payment fees. Fee fee fee. But got covid maybe twice during the period in which my daughter was enrolled? Stayed getting sick, which you still have to pay. Eventually, it felt like a rip off. In the end, I had to cough up another $650 to pull my daughter out. You have to give a two week notice when you wanna leave, but as I was so bluntly informed on a day in which I missed a notification that the daycare was closed & I tried to call them, they can terminate your agreement at will. Mind you, I had just wasted money & time getting to the daycare. But I had the gall to wake her up with a call, where it was apparently 6am with them.
When I signed the agreement, I had no idea how frequently they'd be closed. All their closings were considered "emergencies" so thats still paid too. Claudia can also be a bit rude. It just felt like it was always something with her. I was told to buy shoes only for my daughter to be in her socks all the time. She didn't like the rompers or the hair clips. I tried to ride it out because my daughter enjoyed it. But in the end, I was over it. I found a better provider who is closer and less neurotic.
So just be warned. Overtly strict. A little rude. But hey, Sandy is cool. And your kid may learn spanish It was also nice to have the daily pics through tadpole, which is better as a picture medium than communication. read more
