My family member & I just came here in Park Royal Mall because she wanted to get a replacement…read moreiPhone today on December 21st, 2021. The good news is that the 2 employees here were friendly enough but only one of them were the most helpful. The prices were cheaper than the refurbished iPhones that Apple offers. They do give a slight discount despite already being somewhat affordable. And they do seem to be able to try and answer any questions that pops up. These are really the only reasons why I'm giving this above 1 star. Or potentially wanting to give it 2.5 stars (sadly, half a star rating from a individual reviewer on Yelp is not possible yet). The only gripe I have is that we noticed the screen brightness on her used iPhone 11 Pro she had bought JUST mere minutes ago from them were unusually low to the point where it very likely has to be a potential issue. She doesn't have the greatest eye site & the unusually low brightness could be an issue for her. When we brought it up to them about this brightness issue as soon as we noticed it (luckily we were still in the Park Royal mall when we noticed the issue), instead of immediately offer up a possible solution to deal with it or try to figure out what the problem is when we clearly weren't happy about the screen brightness, the first and only thing one of them even bother to do was give us an explanation as to why HE believe the display brightness were so dark (something to do with the displays on iPhones are OLED & LED and it being original displays and such. He was actually wrong in regards to the problem in the end, by the way...). We were ready to call it quits and just try to deal with the issue on our own before his coworker (who were actually the more helpful one the entire time that we were there) finally told us that he'll check it out. It was eventually determined that the OLED & LED display nonsense that the first guy who initially only addressed the issue at first was being rambled on about wasn't the issue at all & that it was a entirely separate issue altogether that caused the brightness to be so dim (which even the guy who DID help us with it admitted he never seen this happen before). The reason why I have a bit of a gripe with the way they handled this entire thing is because the brightness was obviously too dim for it not to be a potential problem, BUT the first guy who started to address the issue that rambled on about the display being "original display" & "OLED" "LED" display of these phones couldn't even care less and didn't even want to bother trying to humour us and try to see if there really was a issue. It wasn't until his coworker who had actually been more helpful the entire time that offered to look into it did we finally figure out what the issue was. This makes me wonder if it is a common practice to not bother looking into things unless if the customer tries to push them into checking? I would HEAVILY recommend that if you want to buy a iPhone without breaking the bank too much, DO NOT come here as a first stop, ust go get it from Apple directly as they are selling refurbished iPhones directly on their website or in their Apple Store app, not to mention they still have 1~2 year old budget friendly iPhones being sold brand new as well (The iPhone 11 & iPhone SE 2nd Generation as of December 2021 when I'm creating this review). If you have any tech issues in regards to Apple products, then its best to cut out the middle man & go directly to Apple. Less potential headache. Simply put, just go directly to Apple first if you can and only come to this store in Park Royal mall in West Vancouver if you wanted to either buy a smartphone case (that you can get anywhere) or if you had no other choice and try to deal with them in terms of tech related issues. Disclaimer: I am not saying this store is likely the worst, far from it, just that I felt they could've dealt with the issue we had more professionally instead of just making us feel like they're blowing us off with our potential legitimate issue (which later DID turn out to be a legitimate issue) AFTER we had paid..... I'm sorry but excuse me? Seriously, they make claims that they're professionals in their own store name. If they're going to do that, then perhaps ACT like it and actually follow through with that claim and actually CHECK if there really is an issue or not..... if you can't back up this kind of claim, why bother opening up a store when you can't even do that?

On the recommendation of Best Buy in Park Royal, I went to the Mobile Klinik there. I was surprised when after thoroughly inspecting my phone the repair person used a pointed instrument to pull out an incredible amount of lint from the connector! I was even more surprise when I was told NO CHARGE! You can believe me that whenever I have mobile phone problems or need a new one - I shall be back!!

In all fairness I have to upgrade a star for this location. The current employee, (we'll call him Ali E.) has both improved his customer service skills as well as his cell service knowledge. He and his assistant were so helpful, even going as far as offering advice beyond the call of duty. Unfortunately I can't go as far as saying that W.W. is fully redeemed of it's past transgressions, only that finally we experienced something other than terrible service on this particular visit.

Somehow I walked into the Park Royal North store in West Vancouver and met Parham. I have bought several items from him. He is wonderful to deal with. I have since had some challenges with a a Bluetooth or rwo. He and Cindy and staff have gone out of their way to help and to solve any problems even contacting the manufacturer to activate a warranty which normally the customer would have to do. I cannot say enough about their service and calm way of handling customer concerns with any product. I am so busy with my work and life and they take all the pressure off with their customer service and going the extra mile! I highly recommend them. Annemette

Th Jun 12, 2025. On Tu Jun 10, I went to local Park Royal Mall, to Apple premium partner store,…read moreJump+, for battery for SE iPhone. Systems says battery charge, 73% max. Jump+ staff member quoted, $140 and gave me an appointment for 1:40 the next day. Internet, SE 2022 battery, $69 (as "out of warranty" price). Wednesday appointment, 3 people ahead, 20-min wait. "Have an appointment?" yes. Surprised, said, "Tomorrow is better." I was there for the 2nd time so I said I will try elsewhere. He made himself available. [Belatedly, I think he needed to have ordered the battery the previous day--when he booked my appointment, he simply forgot. Plan B, since I had decided to walk away--was to turn this service booking into a sales appointment; a kiosk in the mall would have served my specified stated want, for service]. The store's manager cautioned that 2022 SE is unsupported within months so reasoned that a new battery would not be good value. Internet, says 2027, so maybe 20-months. The manager said, "Koodo plan is high, for little more, a new phone?" Manager offered an additional $100 off. I said no to Apple Care. Manager, "Oh, I just checked. Realized that offer expired yesterday." Staff, "Koodo plan is high, for little more, a new phone?" My phone bill with Koodo will increase. Added to monthly Koodo bill will be I think, price of phone, $924 (Koodo device discount: $360, and Koodo Tab renewal $564). I guess I accumulate a Tab and pay monthly for that on family Koodo account? Don't know. Extra costs at Jump+ for phone, TOTAL, $149.96 (-$22.28 for "bundle" price): 1. screen protector, $49.99 [3pk $9.95 Amazon]; 2. lens protector, $29.99 [C$8.99 Amazon], 3. case staff chose $29.99, [C$7.99 Amazon, C$15.83 Walmart], 4. charger 20W $24.99, several at home, I did not want or need. But "New-type, required and free," sowed doubt so accepted. Staff member took my DL into locked admin office without comment, sowed doubt. "Checking for fraud," was eventual explanation. I returned to the mall in 1.5 hours, to return charger (same as several at home), store offered me C$2.71 for the 20W charger. I was unaware I agreed to "bundle price," until 3rd visit within 2 days (where the charger is "free," so goes in junk drawer at home). Jump+ offered to transfer phone's content for $40, declined. iPhone SE to iPhone 60, is just swap SIM, and follow phone's instructions to align phones, to transfer data. Manager and staff laughed me out of the store, "Avi will serve you next time!" Perhaps the 4 of them (one was in training) made little from the Wednesday afternoon exchange. Coffee hour I will explain and see if other community members have had similar experience.

Hello, we went into Jump Plus in search of an apple pencil for an ipad. The girl who was helping…read moreus, had no idea as to what she was doing, when we attempted to explain the model of the ipad she couldn't comprehend what it was. She tried to ask for us to search on the settings of our personal phone to figure out the serial number so she could determine the model of the ipad. However we already tried to explain to her the model. Then, after a significant amount of time, she finally understood the model of the iPad. At this point she then told us the options for possible compatible apple pencils for the ipad. And when we specifically stated which one we wanted she ignorantly grabbed the wrong one (more expensive one) when we weren't looking, so as she took this apple pencil to the desk for us to pay, we were clueless of the mistake she had made. When we came back after realizing what she had done, we received nothing but disrespect and lack of manners from her front. While another sales associate was initiating the exchange for the proper apple pencil, she came out from the back room and immediately began attacking us, claiming it was our fault. She attempted to claim that we did not clarify which ipad model we had. After we tried to explain that we specifically mentioned all the necessary details as to the model of ipad. She then continued to fight back and claim we were in the wrong. At this point the manager had to step in to prevent her from making the situation worse, but the damage was already done. All we expected was simple recognition of the mistake she had made in hopes for an apology, but clearly the maturity level lacked.
