Through the conversation, David used an extremely condescending tone of voice, and would only tell me that he would only speak to my mother. Very dishonest sales person, as he knew she had difficulty with English, and was only trying to upsell as opposed to helping. Every recommendation he made included increasing the monthly service fee, and opening new lines, whereas we only came in for hardware upgrades. We were initially dealing with the store's assistant manager (according to David). The assistant manager didn't care to checkup on us, and despite seeing and hearing our obvious discontent with David, just left the store. As we told David we weren't content with his service and sales tactics, he told us that every sales person would deal with us the same way as we were leaving. Highly unprofessional to utter these types of threats to long standing customers

Great place for Mobile phone Accessories…read more I have to agree with the other reviewers. Mobile Empire is a very good store. Located in the mall at First Markham Place, they have a great selection of accessories for older and newer phones. On this trip, my daughter needed a phone case and a screen protector for her iPhone 8Plus. The person who was working at the counter was very patient and helped my daughter find the right case, and then they even gave her the screen protector for a very good price. They even helped put the case and the screen protector on the phone for her. We got everything for under $25.00. We like this store and whenever we are at First Markham Place it's our go-to for any phone accessories. We have sent many of our friends to that store as well. If you're at the mall and need anything for your Smart Phone, this is the place.
