    I had a horrible experience... after me telling the agent that I needed to get cancellation…read more insurance due to a slight chance I may have to leave town for work... it wasn't until I fully paid that we were told that the trip is 100% non refundable..., when I squawked about it I was told I could change the dates for a fee due to the tickets being on sale...i was never told I was getting a deal ... never again...

    I would NEVER use this place again. I even dealt directly with the owner so I thought I would get…read moregood service. I received the WORST service ever. I booked a trip to Disneyland for my special needs aunt for her 60th Birthday and paid for everything on Oct 27. By dec 18 I still had not received responses to my queries. So I called to find out what was going on. She had totally forgot to book my events and airport transfer. So when I told her I wasn't satisfied with her level of service. This is the response I received. What an absolute nightmare this has been. When did it become up to the customer to follow up on what they had hired a travel agent to do? Sherry, You said you sent me an email on Dec 1st which I did not receive so the first time I heard from you was Dec 18th. I found out the information you asked for and emailed you at 1.46 pm that day. I did not hear from you again until 5.17pm which would have been after I left the office at 5pm to start my two days off. I read your email late Wednesday night on my day off and sent you an email with an apology and an offer to compensate you. Again on my day off Thursday I received your email at 8.09am, I called Disney, took care of the reservations and made sure your transfers were good to go. After getting off the phone with these agencies I emailed you at 10.09 am that I had booked what you wanted and gave you the booking numbers to confirm. I took time away from my family to address this for you. I was on my days off spending time with my grandchildren for their Christmas concerts. I am sorry I did not respond as quickly as you would have liked, I am sure you can understand that even business owners deserve to have some time to enjoy their families. Our office is open from 9am to 5.30pm, you can call during these times and any of the agents in the office would have helped you if you couldn't get a hold of me during my off hours. You could also have contacted us through Facebook and would have gotten a response from any of the admins. If you could respond asap I can call and get your documents released today and have them ready by 5pm if you would like to give them to your Aunt for Christmas. I will also need payment for your transfers, do you want to pay by credit card or will Megan bring the payment in for you? Thank You, Leah/World Odyssey Travel Inc.
