I was pressed for time and had a small window to get this done. I called and spoke to Nathan and he was able to accommodate my schedule and get the job done and on time. A bit about the service. I did receive a call from Nathan about my jet skis and he was able to thoroughly provide a status and clearly explained what he found. My main concern was the switch, he tested the switch and the relay and everything was good. He told me how to rectify the problem and did not recommend changing any parts. I asked about replacing with new parts and he told me it would function the same. I appreciated his honesty and was pleased he did not take advantage of an opportunity to make more money! The customer service was outstanding! I talked to both Nathan and Marina and they both were nice and pleasant. When I arrived they both greeted me and helped me unhook my trailer. When I came to pick up my jet skis, Nathan showed me my old parts and explained what was done. Marina took my payment and they both assisted with hooking up my trailer. I asked for an annual service which involves replacing impeller and changing the oil and transmission fluid. This cost over $1,000 which I think is high, but maybe could live with. However, I asked them to add fuel stabilizer and check the batteries as well. They charged $105 labor to pour a $15 pint of fuel stabilizer in the tank and another $105 to check the load on the batteries (5 minute job). I really don't trust these guys any more and won't be going there ever again.
