Always great service. My car was taken in and serviced in a timely manner. No complaints.

The scratches on my hood were not well repaired. The damage was not my fault, but when I picked up my car and discussed the poor repair I was told he did not agree with me that it happened at the time if my service but "I just did not want to argue with you about it." If he felt that way, he should not have been so quick to set up the repair. I am not sure what my next step should be. read more

We brought our car in to fix a door handle that was part of a recall and were quoted $25 for a diagnostic check. Now the shop is telling us it will cost $250 -- a fee that was never clearly explained. My husband signed the iPad at drop-off, but the extra charge was not disclosed. The staff has been polite, but the lack of transparency about pricing is unacceptable. We haven't picked up our car yet, and after this experience, we will never go back. Other customers: read everything carefully before signing, because even small print on an iPad can cost you hundreds. read more

Great service! the service advisor was very helpful in getting things moving along with the quote and getting my car completed in a timely manner! They even brought my car back to me after the repairs were completed! read more

Fairly quick in and out. I don't think I have been getting my ford pass points though

Do not even attempt to do business here. I legally own three LLC's they would not allow me to title in any of the LLC's that allow me to title in another state, if they couldn't collect the state taxes at the dealership in my personal name instead of business they raised the price. they wasted 3 days of my time. the sales person Mike Johnson (saint) put me with a manager any time I asked questions, who then had to go to another manager. He told me the people in charge do not like anything up to date and current they only trust old ways. I obtain heavy duty trucks for a living. they cost themselves a minimum 15-30 sales a year to me. i highly do not recommend read more

Great Service I took my Ford F 250 in for an oil change and tire rotation on a Saturday morning. Very friendly staff who got me checked in quickly behind a few others. Although the technicians are a skeleton crew on Saturdays, they managed to get me back on the street in about an hour! read more

The service advisor was great in how she took care of me . I'm happy I came to Rogers Ford and Lincoln

Wonderful customer service when I brought my Lincoln in for oil change. I had purchased my car somewhere else, but that didn't deter them at all from giving me excellent service. I am a customer for life now. read more

jacob was willing to at least attempt to resolve my truck issue. he went out of his way to help me. i was refreshing to get a call back from the dealership from someone actually willing to help. the issue is not resolved yet but i appreciate jacob's effort to help thank you read more

Came in to get a key cut and new fob along with activating Ford Pass. Which I've tried on numerous occasions. Clerk at service was rude and dismissive. At which point I asked to talk to manager. Manager was decent with great character minus a very disturbing attitude from dest clerk. I was actually thinking about giving Ford a second chance after getting this 2019 Ford F150. Not after this experience though Hell will freeze over before I touch a Ford Product. I bought a 97 powerstrone new in 1999. It was same experience with service and attitude eight after purchase. I vowed then to never buy a Ford again. Some people may find it to be a privilege to buy a 70k vehicle then be treated like crap. I'm just not that customer guaranteed! read more

I would highly recommend Rogers Ford for your next purchase. Lee C. and the team provided excellent service.

Staff was amazing! Made me feel like home! My oil change was quick so wasn't there for long! Prices are amazing too!!

Second truck I bought from Rogers but will be the last. This was the only place I ever had it serviced with one exception when I took it to a ford dealership on Anchorage. I took it to Rogers for scheduled service and asked the service writer what could cause it to blow white smoke. This super duty was still in warranty range s was nd he advised me to take it to service department and talk to them. Long story short they did a basic overhaul to the engine. When I went to pick it up I was informed that the repairs were not covered as it was not serviced properly. (Refer to second sentence). I bought a factory flush mount interchangeable gooseneck/5th wheel trailer Hitch from rogers ford. I took the hitch over to service to have it scheduled for installation. They told me they don't do installations after they told me they do. Rogers Ford said take it to another place that does their installations. I did. They sent me back to Rogers Ford because they said only Rogers Ford does installations on factory Hitches. Bottom line this dealership is incompetent. I thought i would try them one more time. Big mistake! read more

I scheduled an appointment with Jacob. He had Zack with a heads up so Zack was ready for the car. I ended up needing tires. They looked all over( as I have hard to find tires). But found a set for me and had them put in same day. We now live out of town so this extra care service is appreciated. I did mention I might need them but most car dealerships don't listen. John Baker at the Lincoln concierges is always helpful too if you own a Lincoln. Love Rogers Ford. Best place to buy a car because the after care is Quailty read more

Wow! I'm totally appalled at the owner of the dealership and his attitude! I took my truck for an oil change this morning. I happened to look at my truck in the bay and caught a young helper doing pull-ups using the bottom of my truck. Needless to say I was pissed! The manager was like I talked to him. I walked over to the dealership and asked for a manager. The owner said that I didn't need to tell his staff how to deal with employees, they don't care about my business and to leave. I wish I had recorded his comments! I know I was angry but dammit I work hard for my things and to see that was Upsetting. Kudos to the service manager Jacob. He was very apologetic but I will never give that man another dollar! read more

Service is slow and backed up with a typical 5 day wait, and I understand that. They won't take an appointment, and won't do a quick diagnostic, they want you to leave it there. I wish I would have known this when I purchased my truck because I would have went somewhere else. With the luxury of the internet these days, you can essentially purchase a vehicle anywhere, and they will usually deliver (probably better pricing as well). The service is one of the main reasons to buy locally, but given their delayed wait times, I would steer clear of this place. They will promise you the world when you purchase it, and deliver an atlas if you need work done. read more

Would avoid this dealership at all costs. The most unprofessional Ford dealership in the Permian. From Larry in parts who doesn't want to go his job to the girl Casey in the service department who is the most unprofessional, rudest, vile thing that has slithered out of the service department. I would push my truck to Sewell ford before I drove it back to Rogers ford. Most unprofessional experience I've had to date in Midland/Odessa. P.s. I know a mechanic that works there. Watch your invoice, they like to throw an extra hour than quoted because they wouldn't think you'd argue about it. read more

I understand that sometimes it takes longer to get something fixed because if parts issues and illness. What I don't understand is the lack of straight answers when you call to get an update. I took my car in a month ago and we still can't get an answer on what is going on with it. I won't ever use this service again. I'm willing to work with anybody but when you won't be honest with me, I'm done. read more

The service department is horrible. Had my husbands truck for over a week just to tell us that his rims and tire was messed up. Something we obviously already knew. Priced us over 4 grand to fix it, so we went with custom wheels from another company. However due to liability they stated they had to put on the wheel to get it off the property and couldn't allow another mechanic to do it due to insurance issues. That's fine, but they then said it was too late to do the service and then when they decide to do the service they dragged their behinds and stated the mechanic went to lunch. When we got back up there WELL after lunch, they apparently forgot to put the tires on and the mechanic was running around with his head cut off trying to find the lug nuts to put on the vehicle.. asking us where it was and they were sitting in front of their face their entire time. poor service I will never go to this dealership for service ever again. Then took him an hour to put on two tires and he put them on wrong SMFH! This place is horrible, Period!! I rather drive to El Paso before I come back here. read more

Steve Marquez was great and service on my vehicle was completed much faster than anticipated.

I had a vehicle into their service department for repairs. On Monday I was told it would take three days for the repair to be complete. That Friday I called for an update and was told is was being worked on right then. I let them know I would be picking it up the next Thursday. The Wednesday before pickup I called to confirm and was told that they could not verify that the work had been completed, and they could not contact the mechanic for verification. They would ask him the next morning. I had one day off to pick up the vehicle after working 14 days straight, but I showed up to find out the work had not been done. They also refused to give me a courtesy car. They aren't communicative or helpful in any way. read more

There are too many Ford dealerships in Texas to justify going to this one. The salesman who I dealt with when I was test driving some cars was not very informative, or helpful. He was not aware of the stock he had, or the particular details about the cars we drove and looked at... Even after looking the sticker. He had no idea about the available options on the car. I asked if one of the cars was fitted with a certain option and he responded that he had no idea what it was and never heard of it, while the brochure mentions it several times. I am a serious buyer and I have no problems taking my business to one of the other Ford dealerships in Texas. When the potential customer knows more about the car after spending less than 30 minutes online researching, it is a clear sign to pass on this dealership. read more

Where to even start. Brought my truck there for a transmission leak. A week later, they still haven't gotten to it. So I wound up paying a guy $500 to haul it to East Texas so I could get it fixed on my off days and get out of a rental car. Took literally an hour for them to find my truck and bring it up front to me. Then I notice the tail light is cracked and scratches on the bed. They said it was like that when they got it and I KNOW that's a lie. After I took it to the other shop, was diagnosed in an hour and fixed in 4 hours for $460. I can't stress enough how horrible of a place this is to take a vehicle. But they know it's the oilfield and it doesn't bother them. read more

Great salesman (Mike Johnston), amazing price, deal went smooth with experienced finance manager. I like these guys and WILL be back!

Had a great experience buying a used car here this weekend. Highly recommend them.

I just had the worst experience with a automotive dealer's service department. Rogers Ford's service department is absolutely terrible. My 2017 F-150's (less than 1 yr. old) battery went dead early Thursday morning (09/13). I took the truck to Rogers. I was given no time expectation but was told there was a recall and they would work on it as well. I explained the my keys would not unlock the glove box & center console. The service manager tried to tell me that the key was an aftermarket. It was provided to me by the dealer who sold me the truck. I called late in the afternoon on Thursday and was told nothing had been done to the vehicle. I call again Friday afternoon and the 1st person I spoke with laughed and said it would probably be 2 weeks before they looked at the vehicle. Each time you call the service department the managers are rude and do not wan to be bothered. I called again on Saturday and after several minutes (more than 5-7), was told that my vehicle had not been examined. I called again on Monday and told them I would be by to retrieve an item out of the truck. The young man who took me to my truck was a poor representative of customer service. He just pointed and said "there". Remarkably this afternoon about 3 I received a call telling me my truck was ready. No explanation as to what was wrong. I went to pick it up and as I stood at the counter, I overheard service manager Jeremy say to a customer on the phone, "Look, you expect me to call you to give you an update on your vehicle each day? I don't have time for that & I don't know what is going on with your truck." WOW!! Great service. When I finally spoke with my manager he just handed me a receipt to sign and never told me what was wrong with the truck. He just said someone would bring the truck around. After waiting 10 minutes, a young man pulled the truck up, got out, and walked away. Not a thank you, have a nice day, or anything. The truck was a mess and the passenger seat was pushed all the way forward, I guess to repair the recall. Needless to say, I will never, never use this dealer for anything. I will gladly drive to Odessa or anywhere else. Stay away from this dealership at all costs. I must also add that when I purchased my vehicle, I tried to do business with this dealer. They were over priced and the salesman was not very knowledgeable. Sad to see a business that has been in Midland for so long deteriorate to such a state. read more

John and Wesley work in the fast service department. They were both very attentive and over the top on their knowledge and business etiquette. Plus they had no problem going out of their way to make sure I got to where I needed to be and picked up while waiting on my vehicle. I would definitely recommend seeing either gentleman at this location. They also found mistakes from previous dealerships and not only showed me what was wrong but corrected the issue. I have even been calling this store just to talk to either one when I have a question on my vehicle. Great place and great service! Thanks John and Wesley!! read more

1. I told the salesman that i was looking for the Mustang GT Premium. I guess what i was looking for did not matter he would only show me the Rousch Eco-Boost 4 cylinder 2. I asked about the nav system. He decided that it was not what i wanted and told me it would cost $4,000 same issue about the 400A electronics package. 3, I asked for a specific model and color -- He stated there were none available in Texas. Even from other dealerships. I was able to find the model and color i wanted in stock at 5 different dealerships. 4. I showed the salesman a listing from a reputable dealership. I stated that if they could match that price i would refer to buy locally. He did not even try. 5. Your salesman stated that he could order the car. It would take 8 weeks and cost &44,000 It was apparent that he had decided the only car i wanted was one of the Rousch 4 cylinder cars. I guess since you had over 10 in stock that was what i was supposed to buy. I purchased the Mustang GT i wanted with more options I purchased the car i wanted at another dealership. It was what i wanted and also came with upgraded wheels and Electronics package. By the way..... I bought it $6,000 cheaper than the price ya'll offered and it had more upgrades.
