Instead of going in a saying we need to conduct ultrasound right away went were sent home with her to wait for results. that night I had to rush her to the emergency vet where they discovered she had congestive heart failure; fluid was building up around here lungs and stomach, then recommend a surgical procedure to remove the fluid. When she got home, about 2 hours in she was walking to the bedroom where she screamed and hit the floor where she passed away. I made a mistake taking here were I normally get great service. If you decide to go make sure you don't go to the Asian dr. all she wanted to do was create a bill, she had no regards for my animal. I am heartbroken.

I definitely travel a ways to get to Plano, however I wouldn't take my baby duck (she's a papillon/chihuahua/baby duck mix) to anyone else. Personally, I've had lifelong invisible complex illnesses since I was a baby, and I've been gaslit and literally destroyed by arrogant Dr's who "know everything" and shut me up before words attempt to exit my (or my mothers' back then) mouth. Finding a truly intelligent Dr. with dignity and mutual respect, who listens just as much as they share what they've learned with a client, is not only like winning the lottery, it's an absolutely priceless experience that we can't live without. Dr. John Fuller happens to be a graduate of CSU, which is where we took Lucy to an otologist to further investigate her chronic ear issues. CSU was amazing so perhaps this is where the best vets come from. It was this clinic that finally lead us to figuring out what was hurting her, after maybe only $50,000 was spent running around from clinic to clinic getting nowhere new. Hard to believe but trouble shooting with incompetent dr's really adds up fast while taking nearly a lifetime. Dr. Dena Jones is equally amazing, and they're a perfect team running this clinic. They're also very fair with pricing, which is kind of them however I'd personally be willing to pay more for this level of care. She saw no less than 20 people while I was there so either she's booking more or a lot of walk ins got seen before me. She then said she would not see my dog and to GET OUT shaking her finger at me. Which I did, admittedly I was shaking and PO'd and said some not very nice things. Told her I would be writing a bad review and she said go for it. I sent my husband back to get both of my dogs records and that rude doctor wrote on the records that I assaulted her. There is no reason for that kind of customer service. I had every right to be upset after 2.5 hrs but I would have never raised my voice at her if she hadn't been so rude.
