Purchased a brand-new refrigerator several months ago I am still waiting for a new replacement…read morerefrigerator. The ice maker makes a loud, obnoxious squealing noise from day one. We bought this fridge because our ice maker went out on our old one. We are not made of money, so this purchase was a "treat" for us and we splurged to get the nicer fridge in hopes to have it for many years. Since day one it's been nothing but issues. There have been 4 visits from Danmark appliance repair company who has replaced two different parts and now has no idea how to fix the issue and have stopped coming out. I have reached out several times to Manny without a response from him over the last 30 days and the last time we spoke on text he was going to call me in a couple of hours, that was a month ago. Instead, I get phone calls from his assistant, Wilton, who is very nice but there has been no resolve. I was told when I purchased that there was a factory warranty and that if there were any issues during that time it would be no issue to resolve it. Well, here we are... 3 months later with a fridge that has an ice maker issue, go figure... Buyer beware!! If I had to do it all over again, I would forgo the $500 savings that I got from buying with Manny and would purchase from Cosco where I know my issues would be resolved immediately. It's just ridiculous that spending $2000 on a brand spanking new refrigerator would result in a faulty ice maker and no fix in sight.

I can't begin to say how amazing Manny is. He gave me an excellent price on my dishwasher and…read moreinstalled and hauled away the old one. Not only did he install it but he did the basic electric and plumbing to bring my connections to a modern level! That would have been $600-800 of work, had I had to hire 2 separate people to do that!

I will never purchase from them again. I gave them several chances to fix an appliance I purchased…read morefrom them that had a part break the first day home. Called several time and they assure me it would be taken care. Several months later and not a word back from them. Beware of their customer service and willingness to stand by what they sell.

If you want to support a local business... you go to local store in Monticello to buy an appliance…read more The show room is nothing special it's not exactly elegant but again you're trying to support local business. The salesman is maybe a few notches below a car salesman in his demeanor and his honesty. You're being assured that you're getting the best price best deal I'm not shopping at a big box store with the appliances as good as the ones that you would buy in his shop. You ask him..."which one would you buy and put in your home" he sells you a model and assured you you've gotten a great deal. Nice as can be. You get your purchase and you realize that you've bought a piece of garbage not only is it a piece of garbage that breaks within a month. When you call him he never called you back, you look online to see if you can figure out why your doors keep shifting and find out the real shifting went on when you purchased it because there was a $200 rebate that he never told you about it when you try to apply for it you were told that it went to the dealer will you purchase the appliance from. So not only we ripped off for a crappy all plastic piece of garbage Appliance you have also been ripped off for your rebate. After two years most of the inside is broken the ice machine doesn't work you gave up trying to call the "owner/salesman" and vowed to never walk in the store again. That was my experience with Appliance city in Monticello New York. Buyer beware! Maybe you don't like Home Depot but you're better off there. If you really want service and accountability try Michael's in Middletown.

Victoria, our salesperson, helped us throughout the entire sales process and since our range was not readily available, Victoria kept us informed as to when we could expect delivery. The delivery, installation and gas hook-up were flawless. Nick and Miguel were courteous and knowledgeable when removing our old range, unpacking and installing the new range making sure not to scratch our floors or the new range. Nick and Miguel hauled away the old range and all of the packaging materials from the new range. What we like best about SOHNS is their deliveries and installations are performed by SOHNS experienced employees and not contractors, and they service what they sell.

Sohn's has done absolutely nothing to expedite the repair and it has been over a month. Just today they reluctantly gave me the part number. I called GE and will have the part within 7 days. Very poor customer service from Sohn's!!!! In response to Ethan's reply, I have called Sohn's several times over the past month asking for information and today was the first time I ever received any information. I've repeatedly asked to speak with the owner or office manager as well.
