The build is good quality, with standard 9' ceilings and options like textured walls and tile floor in most areas. They salesperson was great to work with, and patient with all our questions. What we most appreciated was the ability to change anything we wanted--something tract builders simply refused. We revised the floor plan significantly and added features that were desirable to us, and we felt the change orders were at reasonable prices. John, our construction manager, was incredible. He had many as five trades working at one time, and he made a few suggestions that really improved things we hadn't thought about. The build took about a hundred days from groundbreaking. We did encounter delays getting *to* groundbreaking. Part of the delay was in working with them to revise our plan multiple times until it was just as we wanted it. But there were also delays in getting permits, where it seemed that perhaps they didn't monitor the process as closely as they had promised. That said, we were willing to wait in order to get things done as we wanted. The design process for finishes could have used improvement. They didn't want to discuss any of those details with us until it was time to order, but we needed to do it earlier in order to determine what our costs would be. We also found that some of their default designs were out of date, such as offering granite countertops, platform tubs, and drop-in cooktops when styles had moved on to quartz, freestanding tubs, and slide-in stoves. But we simply requested what we wanted, and they accommodated it--and it's possible they've updated since then. Despite our few small complaints, we would recommend Daley--and we have!

We…read moreexperienced a roof leak in October that involved poor installation workmanship by the solar company when they replaced solar panels on my roof. My home insurance would not cover the damages. I had to place a tarp on my roof temporarily while dealing with this nightmare. The Solar company "Tesla" did not take responsibility for damages to the roof tiles that caused the leak. The home insurance company pointed fingers to the solar company and denied my claim. I had to source out several roofing companies. In the midst of rainy season, some roofing companies told me that it would be weeks till they can come out and do any repairs. I searched on Yelp and found Jacobo Roofing. I saw the reviews and called them. Within a day, I was contacted by Marcos. It's a Father/Son team. That same week, they came out to my property to access the issue. The Solar panels were an obstacle, and I had to get them removed before any recommendations for the repair can be established. Tesla offered their uninstallation services for a fee, but I opted in not using them because they are the source of the problem. After I got the Solar panels removed, Marcos and his father came back out. They gave me a reasonable proposal and also recommended other work on the ridge of the roof that would make water drainage better and to prevent other damages to the roof. The work was scheduled a week after the proposal. Marcos kept me informed the entire time. On the day of the repair, I had to work and was not at home. Marcos and his team worked on the roof for 2-days and completed the work. They removed all debris and materials and my roof is leak free. Marcos and his Father are subject experts in this field and they professionally handle the visits, communication, and the entire process. They put customer concern at the highest priority. They communicated with me the entire time of the project. Best of all, they gave me a 10 year warranty on their work. I highly recommend this company for any residential work.
