I called (2 times) and emailed (sent 3 emails, NEVER got a response!) and sent my xrays asking if the doctor can extract my teeth. She assured he can do, but when I got to the office (after two weeks of waiting) he said he just don't do it. I lost 2 weeks of time and 2 hours of going there and back for useless consultation because of the unprofessional secretary. I got cavity on one of the teeth I needed to extract while waiting for the appointment. And now I need to search for another doctor and wait again! Thank you very much!

Dr. Park was professional and kind as well, although I didnt feel like the dental cleaning was super in depth (felt maybe a little too quick) but hopefully that's because my teeth were cleaner than usual? I also mentioned some recent sensitivity with certain teeth, but she didn't say anything about it after cleaning, just that I had no cavities. I've only had two dentists growing up and due to my main dentist being booked for a year out, I decided to go here in the meantime. It was horrific. I walked out crying with my gums throbbing. I couldn't eat for several hours after. I went to Dr. Sarah Park. During the visit she claimed I had "dead cavities" and to book the next appointment for that, but because of the painful experience I just left. She was fast and didn't seem to care about her work and delivering quality cleaning. She used the drilling machine the entire time. The drilling machine constantly hit my gums and I would winched multiple times yet she did not stop at any point to ask if I was ok or to give me a breather. I was just a nameless patient in and out and that was it. My family dentist would mainly use manual tools and occasionally use the drill. Always pleasant and comfortable yet great cleaning. And yes, I've learned my lesson, I'm not going anywhere else but him.

Because I had such an amazing experience! 5 second numbing, and fast painless extraction (literally seconds for a molar) ! Dr. Streelman is honestly the kindest, calmest and most talented oral surgeon I've ever met. He has this peaceful confidence about him that just makes you relax and trust you're in good hands and his hands are guided and skilled. He works with so much grace and focus but still has this quiet joy that shows he really cares. When he pulled my tooth it was unbelievably quick -- like finished in seconds. It was totally painless and somehow even comforting! Time went by way too fast! You can tell he puts his whole heart into what he does. You can also see how much he gives of himself every day with the blessed calling he has and right path he's on, and it honestly made me happy and really meant a lot when we had a little bit of lightness and laughter in the middle of it. He's just real, kind, and easy to be around and extremely professional, talented, and genuinely an awesome Doctor! They gave me the most detailed post-op instructions I've ever had, super clear and easy to follow. Kyle was super reassuring, poured extra details for at home care and cared more than I've ever experienced anywhere else, he made sure I left with extra gauze and supplies and explained everything so I'd feel good once I got home. They really think of everything and make it simple. Everything and I mean I came home with such a organized post op instructions with everything fully explained to me so that I actually understood. Kyle was amazing too -- patient, thoughtful and really kind. Together they're such a good team, professional but still genuine and warm. Everything about this office feels calm, caring and full of heart. Thank you Dr. Streelman -- you're incredibly gifted and your kindness and calm spirit really show through your work.

So I am so glad that I found the Bellevue Oral, Facial, & Implant Surgery team. Everyone was so nice and friendly the second I was there. I was super nervous about the surgery because I never had dental surgery before. In addition, many of my prior dental experiences often resulted in lingering pain and the dental work wasn't good. BUT this time is different; Dr. Philip Lin's skill was incredible and I did not feel pain at all throughout both procedures (bone graft and the implant). I recovered really well throughout. Even after the surgery, I didn't feel any pain and the surgery area recovered fast! The staff in the office was incredible. The dental technicians took care of me well and really helped to put me at ease right from the start. I also find that the whole team worked well together and Dr. Lin was treating his staff with great respect. This is very important to me as a client/patient to be supporting a business that treat their staff well and everyone is respectful. All in all, I couldn't find a better oral surgery team! It is worth a long journey to get there! I wish my regular dentist could be as awesome as this team is. It's too bad that this team only does oral surgery, because great dental office is so hard to find. I am so happy that I've found them for my dental implant!

My husband was scheduled for 4.5 hours and needed quite a bit of work. Well, between Dr Strange and his assistant, and the rest of the friendly staff that just come to say hi and check in, thank you for another amazing experience. To the patient next to my husband, who came in immediately complaining to the hygienist about being 10-15 minutes late, stating that because they were running 10 minutes behind, YOU were going to be late for your next appt. I would like to say to you, that if you are reading this, and it was you at Newcastle Dentistry, it's not fair for you to treat the staff so poorly. People need to realize, things don't always work out where EVERYTHING is on time and by NO MEANS does any dentist office or medical office for that matter, have only one patient and everything runs smoothly. It just doesn't happen. The Hygienist was so kind and patient with you but most of all, the MOST professional but you still treated her terribly. So to the hygienist, I don't know your name but I apologize for this lady and the way she acted. Stay amazing! I have worked in the medical field for 23 years and because I cannot speak up for myself when patients get upset with my place of employment, I will speak up for the staff, at Newcastle Dentistry. Next time you come to an appt and you are that upset, maybe you should just reschedule, rather than go off on someone who is only trying to do their job, because emergencies happen and things come up and just because you have an appt time, that is an ESTIMATE. Next time you are running 10 minutes late because of things out of your control, maybe they should just tell you that your appt has been cancelled. They don't get paid for you to go off on them and do NOT deserve that type of treatment. So next time, think before you speak, if you don't have anything nice to say, then don't say anything at all and lastly... TREAT OTHERS HOW YOU WANT TO BE TREATED!!!!!

Bluntly I found Newcastle Dentistry warm and cold. Dr. Rosanna and her dental assistant were the warm aspects. I thought they were great for the little time they saw me. I was a bit surprised to find their x-ray machine was a bit inadequate. The last office I went to was able to x-ray all my teeth. This one's machine was unable to. The dental hygienist was cold. At first she was friendly, even complimented my teeth, but then seemed to become very irritated when I told her I rarely flossed. She went from friendly conversation to being very short and snappish. I also didn't care for the layout. It basically is the assembly line format - a line of chairs separated by dividers. I could hear everything going on around me, all the drilling, all the motors whirling. It did not comfort me. Upon checking out I was reminded how much I missed my old dental office's office staff. They weren't great at anything else but I always left with a cheery goodbye. The receptionist here barely said two words and it was enough that I opted not to schedule a follow up appointment.

He was set up to take out all of my autistics son's teeth and make dentures. We did all the denture prep. When it was near f the time we had scheduled for the extractions none of the prep was done on his side. The cardiologist was not contacted as told would be done. The insurance issues were not addressed until last min. None of the clearance had been taken care of. My son had a massive heart attack 4 months earlier. At the last minute we did get scheduled with another dentist that took his insurance and knew exactly what to do. He was an oral surgeon. So, teeth were pulled. Dentures did NOT fit then and a yr and a half later. To this day that flop right out. I tried to comunicate by phone calls to Dr Judy without any response from him. I wrote a email and he never replied. He did not communicate with me at all. To this day my son has teeth that was paid for in full without insurance. The teeth are 100% useless. They literally flop out immediately after trying to glue in. During all this time my son does not participate at family dinners at someone's house or a restaurant. He is too embarrassed to take his teeth out and eat in front of others. He will go but just sits in conversation while others enjoy their meal. Once we get home he will sit down and eat. This issue has also made him gain at least 45lbs. He lives on noodle or rice dishes so he can gum the food. Due to his massive heart attack he can't keep carrying this weight. Being autistic through all of this has caused a LOT of mental breakdowns. Drastic change is not good at all. Dr Judy even said during his follow ups that another pair needed to be made. When someone pays out of pocket for a product they pay for a product that works. These DO NOT and can very easily be proven. Dr Judy needs to be professional about this and make it right.

Sixth months of pain thanks to this office's negligence…read more Going to this dentist resulting in me probably needing a root canal. I came in to get some simple fillings done, and I'm now saddled with hundreds of dollars of bills, to pay for procedures that screwed up my teeth. The doctors left (with full knowledge) overhangs on both of my fillings. This means that whenever I flossed, the floss would catch on the fillings and pull on them. The dentist informed me that this was normal and I would just need to pull through my floss for the rest of my life. After a month of pain, I went back to ask why the fillings still hurt. They took x-rays, shaved one of them down a little bit, and told me the other was fine and I should go home. I developed hot and cold sensitivity. I finally visited another dentist with 30+ years experience. I've now learned that purposely leaving overhangs on fillings is absolutely not normal, and that what they've done is careless at best. I saw the x-rays myself this time, and you can clearly see the sharp, jagged overhang's that were left after the fillings were put in. I've also learned that One of the filling simply broke because of the way that they left the overhangs. Until I've had over $700 in dentistry bills, and six months of dismissed pain. I know I will likely need a root canal in one of the teeth, and I needed to get both fillings replaced. This place looks great on the outside. The customer service is excellent. However, I would caution anyone against blindly trusting that this office knows what they're doing.

I've seen both Docs. They are great! This is a first class group. Highly recommend!…read more Dan
