Even though several houses on our block also had damage and were getting new roofs, our insurance adjuster denied our damage claim. We asked for a second inspection. During that inspection, Alfredo walked with the inspector, and talked on the phone with our adjuster, pointing out all the damage. His keen eyes and knowledge made a huge difference in the second adjuster's decision to cover our claim. Alfredo was extremely easy to work with. About half the roof, along with 7 skylights were damaged. The insurance adjuster just wanted to replace the damage sections but David argued that these tiles were no longer manufactured and any other tile would not match the dimensions or the color. Hence, all of the roof needed replacement. It was a 2100 sf house plus 600 sf garage that required 30 squares of concrete-based hail resistant tiles. They could not do the repair for about 4 months, so a crew was sent to tarp the roof. 4 months later they started, took about a week with an 8 man crew. Result was absolute perfection. Super teamwork and craftsmanship.
