I had repeatedly told other doctors that I constantly had fluid in my ears, but no one ever seemed to investigate it thoroughly. After receiving proper care, about 90% of the phlegm and congestion I had been experiencing in my throat has cleared up. I believe I may also have had an infected Eustachian tube that had gone untreated. The doctor who treated me was exceptionally kind, considerate, and down-to-earth. In fact, she was so approachable and caring that I initially thought she might be a nurse. She listened carefully, took my concerns seriously, and provided outstanding care. When I told her that what she does is like being a brain surgeon, she laughed and said, "I'm not a brain surgeon." What I meant was that her work requires an incredible amount of training, skill, precision, and attention to detail. The expertise she demonstrated made a real difference in my life. We live in a difficult and often stressful world, and I think it's important to recognize people who truly make a difference. I want to thank the doctor and everyone involved in my care. They never helped me solve the two issues I went there for. And, I called five times in follow up and never got a call back. My instinct was that they were just out to make as much money off me as they could, but did not sincerely care about me and the main I had. I would never recommend them or go back there.

When I was trying to sleep that night, I became concerned, because I was getting worse. I called the answering service and they put me in touch with the on call doctor, who happened to be Dr. Nall. She was very upset that I had disturbed her sleep, as she had to perform surgery the next day, and she totally dismissed me, although she was the on call doctor! I was unable to speak to her on the phone, nor get a follow up visit for 3 weeks! Meanwhile, the issue was not improving. I finally went to an ER and paid for some alternative treatments, all at my expense. I was finally able to see her today, and she stated the problem was my nostrils were small, and I probably had an allergy. I did not have the "allergy" before she performed an unnecessary procedure! She also said that she is very busy seeing really sick patients, like those with cancer, implying that I wasn't worth her time, when she caused the issue from which I was suffering! I did see another doctor in the practice, since I couldn't get in to see Dr. Nall, and she was wonderful. I would highly recommend her, Dr. Rachel Kelley.

The first visit was for a swollen, painful eyelid that appeared to be a stye. He was told it was eczema. He later saw his PCP, who confirmed that it was, in fact, a stye. He returned on a separate occasion after his ears had been clogged for about a week following snorkeling. He has a history of excessive earwax and felt that his ears were clogged. After examining him, Tiffany stated that he had zero earwax, that his eardrums were pearly white, and that he had a very obvious ear infection in his left ear with significant redness and swelling. This was despite the fact that he was experiencing no ear pain at all. He was prescribed antibiotic ear drops. The very next day, his hearing in his left ear was essentially gone, so he contacted his PCP. His doctor examined him and found that both ears were actually completely impacted with wax (to the point that his eardrums could not even be seen) and found no signs of an ear infection. His PCP removed all of the wax, and his symptoms resolved immediately. He could hear perfectly again, confirming that the ear drops were unnecessary. We understand that mistakes can happen, but having two separate conditions incorrectly diagnosed during two different visits was extremely concerning. What is especially frustrating is that both issues were correctly identified by his PCP shortly afterward. I do want to say that the staff here has always been very friendly and provided great customer service. Unfortunately, after these two experiences, we will not be returning and cannot recommend this urgent care to others. We hope the facility takes situations like this seriously and works to ensure patients receive accurate assessments and appropriate treatment.
