Since money was always an issue for me, she went out of her way to give me samples or discount coupons on my prescription medications, when they were available. She also made sure to discuss every aspect of life with me that would affect my health; such as diet, stress, excercise, family history, and overall well being. She has also given me excellent referrals and worked with my insurance companies to make sure that my preventative care is covered. Sometimes her office staff and nurses can be pushy or rude, since she is in a shared office complex with other doctors.

We were looking for a physician for my grandmother when we moved here, and heard about Dr. Marciales. Since then (about three years ago), we've found him to be patient, caring, compassionate, competent, and extremely experienced caring for the elderly. He takes the time to discuss with both patient and family, and is always available and attentive. His staff is great as well. SOOO glad I did, from the moment you walk in the office until you leave it is a professional atmosphere. I've been there twice and both times I checked in and was back in the room within 8 minutes if that. Maybe 2 minutes before the Doctor came in. AMAZING as I normally sit in the waiting room for 15 to 20 minutes past my scheduled time. Also, I had called and left a message with the dr.s nurse and receive a return call the same day. Other places I've waited 2 days.... I see Dr. Pineo LOVE him, listens to you and takes his time. He talks to you like its your friend and goes the route of trying things before throwing you on medication. I would highly recommend this practice.
