Filled out info while she took my ins info. Finished with my paperwork and her window was closed like she didn't wanna be bothered. I had to go to the left window and speak to another lady who took my paperwork. 10 min later window opens I barely heard my name called... I went back and she wanted to schedule me in for Jan? With a big smile. It's Aug..she then condescendingly said how about February? Like laughing to herself. I said no, I'd like to get in earlier. I guess I'll have to go somewhere else. She didn't say one word just handed me my paperwork back. My opinion is this, if you don't like your job, don't work where you work. It's not our fault as customers that you're unhappy. You don't need to spread your bad energy to customers. It's bad for your company and for your well-being. If this is my company and I saw this lady treating a customer, the way I was treated I would fire her on the spot. I've been the customer service industry for over 35 years. Not acceptable I've never not seen a company refused customers in all of my life. Good riddance. I went home and got on the phone and I got in right away for tomorrow, with another firm Deuces. Two of my best friends have starting using Dr. Nilsa Leiva as their primary doctor and both love her. There is usually a short wait of 15 to 20 minutes but that's only because she will spend time with each client. I bring a book and relax.
