Not only does the doctor, Doctors assistant and nurse practitioner know our names, all the girls I'm the office do as well! Often times, out of the blue, I will get a call from the doctors assistant concerning something I may have mentioned at a visit! Always having a solution to whatever I may have mentioned. They keep impeccable records and actually read them! Always keeping in close touch with whatever specialist we are seeing as well. There is also a girl in the office that is a genius working with insurance companies! No more waiting for an hour on hold with insurance issues for us!!! Two of my best friends have starting using Dr. Nilsa Leiva as their primary doctor and both love her.
