Since money was always an issue for me, she went out of her way to give me samples or discount coupons on my prescription medications, when they were available. She also made sure to discuss every aspect of life with me that would affect my health; such as diet, stress, excercise, family history, and overall well being. She has also given me excellent referrals and worked with my insurance companies to make sure that my preventative care is covered. Sometimes her office staff and nurses can be pushy or rude, since she is in a shared office complex with other doctors.

We were looking for a physician for my grandmother when we moved here, and heard about Dr. Marciales. Since then (about three years ago), we've found him to be patient, caring, compassionate, competent, and extremely experienced caring for the elderly. He takes the time to discuss with both patient and family, and is always available and attentive. His staff is great as well. Last but not least, I should add that being a healthcare professional myself, this is not an easy review to get from me. Dr. Marciales is as good as it gets here in Bradenton.

She is kind, understanding and listens and those qualities are very difficult to find in doctors nowadays. I wouldn't switch to any doctor, she's just the best. Two of my best friends have starting using Dr. Nilsa Leiva as their primary doctor and both love her. There is usually a short wait of 15 to 20 minutes but that's only because she will spend time with each client. I bring a book and relax.
