I find it confusing that a company promoting themselves as "lawn guys" doesn't offer basic lawn care like mowing or maintenance. Also, their website is inactive. Then they notified me 3-16-18 of service. Still only mowed and edged. Didn't show up on 3-23-18. Then notified me of service on 3-30-18. Didn't weed eat and didn't trim hedges. I called and spoke to owner. He came out next day and trimmed hedges and weed eat. I canceled service on 4-2-18. Now i received a bill for 40.00 service on 3-16-18. Then another 40.09 service for 3-30-18. Plus TAX. I've never paid tax for labor. Only paying the 40.00 more dollars to complete my 80.00 a month agreement. Will not recommend again This is how the company responded Here's the actual way things work. Invoices are sent on the first Friday of every month. They all go out at one time. They are spread out so if you don't get it on Friday you will get it sometime in the next couple days after. All work up to that point is billed as the previous month. So the 3-2 job was on a Friday so it counted as the last month. So 40 for that is correct. Then we service your yard twice this month. So $40 per service would give you the $80 a month. As far as sales tax.... umm why would I pay your taxes? Some one will end up paying those taxes if you don't. The fact that you "have never paid tax on labor" is just you not understanding the charges you received. I can hide the tax and charge more or just label it as tax. Any amount not paid after 30 days will begin to accrue interest. I deal with people all the time who think they aren't going to pay. You want to cancel that's fine. I agree. But don't try me on a public forum and then expect me to just bend to your will and only accept half of what you owe me.

I reached out to E'den's and they were super responsive and informative. They came out, gave wrote down everything I wanted done, and gave me a full breakdown estimate a couple days later. Needless to say, I moved forward with them. I have new sod and my backyard no longer looks like a nightmare. I went ahead and asked them to put together a new fire pit for me as well and I was definitely not disappointed with the outcome - they even went the extra mile to fill in some holes for me from the dogs and surrounded the pit with a layer of pretty rocks. I am still working with them now for further renovations and am excited to see what more is to be done!
