I had Matt B (Nephew of Jim - Owner) at my home yesterday to service our 8 zone system as our Rain Bird System had an error code. He came out assessed we had a dead solenoid, as well as some heads that required service, and a necessary new pipe and irrigation installation. His initial estimate was on the high end but he later explained to me that it was secondary to potential increase in time (charge by hour), should they encounter tree roots, etc. Made sense to me. The eventual price was quite competitive. I had already written a check for the high end estimate, and gave it to him. When he finished the job, he actually handed it back to me telling me the bill would be ~ $100 less! He could have totally kept the extra money and I would not have known differently. Talk about fairness and honesty! To say we are thrilled with this company is an understatement. Thank you Agape!

I am writing to share a warning regarding our recent experience with S & L Landscape Diversified in…read moreFlorida, owned by Steve Nease. Our project was significantly overcharged, including instances of double billing. The company used low-quality materials that did not match what was agreed upon: the sod was low-grade and brown, the Agave plants were frostbitten and rotten, and no weed-prevention matting was installed, leading to immediate weed growth. The final result is worse than our original garden, and we now have to hire another contractor to fix the damage. Additionally, because Steve failed to pay his suppliers, the sod company has placed a lien on our home. Please exercise extreme caution if you are considering working with this contractor. They are unprofessional, rely heavily on subcontractors, and mislead customers regarding the quality of their work. We fully agree with the negative experiences previously shared by others, such as Jessica H., Alex K. they did the same things again used materials off of their old job. We wish we had seen those warnings prior to hiring this company. We are sharing our experience to help protect others from these dishonest practices.
