Very nice walk along the Willamette River. The whole trail is paved and flat so it's fine for wheelchairs. The path is set behind some nice looking brick buildings that give it kind of a rustic feel. There's a platform you can go out on that is on the river, but the ramp is narrow, metal, and probably not good if you have trouble walking. There's a very small beach section, and if you continue it takes you through a short patch of forest and opens into a small clearing behind some apartments and gives a great view of the river.
The only problem with this park is the Charlie S. Brown Water Sports complex is in the middle of it so in the afternoons you will often get a high school rowing team out there which can make a lot of noise. As long as that isn't happening it's a nice quiet place. In spring there are often weddings being held here too, so just a head's up it might be extra crowded sometimes but generally the trail itself is not busy aside from people just walking their dogs. read more
