They employ really lazy guys who will cut corners in their work. They start off good the first few weeks. But then the work quality turns south immediately. Garbage left here and there, leaves blown towards corners and under planters, tools left on job site etc etc. We've constantly asked them to take control of the weeds on hardscapes and nothing was really ever done. We also contracted these guys for almost $10k to fix our sprinkler systems. First they tried to bill us even when the work was not completed. Abel gives a bunch of excuses but he is really relying on 1 technician to do it all for him. Also it seems like when we gave them their 30 days notice, everything started failing. Now we are again stuck with broken sprinklers and valves. Abel would brag that they way they do repairs is to take documented before and after photos. The reality is the technician will text you a bunch of pictures without any detailed description. And there are no after repair pics. Granted our HOA was in pretty bad shape under Stacker Landscape (another company to stay away from), I feel like IE Landscape just sat on this account to try and make money. Guys will all of a sudden not show up due to some weird "holiday". Then one time Abel had the guys not show up because of "non-payment" when in fact the fault was on their accounting side (they didn't cash the check!). Companies like this don't deserve any business. They'll pull off some bullshit stuff and expect to get away with it. Well thanks to the internet, actual clients can now leave REAL feedbacks. Also when we gave them their 30 days notice, the work was so shitty that all our residents took notice and started complaining to the management and board. Never ever trust your business or HOA to this company, EVER.
