Dr Park has great technique and his "jiggle" method to prevent any pain from administering novacane is nice. Before u kno it, ur mouth is numb and the procedure is over. He also uses the right amount and it wears off quickly, so u can eat and move on w ur day read more

I've been going to see Dr Park for over a year now, and it's been great. I got my dental crown from him; the process itself was efficient and painless, and I haven't had any problems with the crown since. It feels as stable and looks as real as all of my real teeth, so I'm very happy about that. No issues at all with it. Besides that, I go see him and his son, Dr. Brenden, every 3-4 months for dental cleanings. They go very in-depth with their cleanings (including where my dental implant is) and my mouth looks and feels much cleaner afterwards. They don't rush through their cleanings, unlike other dentists I've been to, and they make sure to educate you on what they're doing and what I need to be doing at home. I'd never been consistent with flossing and had been getting berated by my former dentists for years about it, but since my first couple cleanings with Dr. Park I've been flossing daily. You can tell that Dr. Park, Dr. Brenden, and everyone else who works there really care about your dental health and aren't just looking to do the bare minimum for you to keep coming back. My family and I love Rodney Park's office. All staff are so friendly and take such great care of our teeth. To be honest since covid and husband and I needed a lot of work since we've haven't seen the dentist in a long time. They made sure to provide their best recs for specialist and worked with our insurance to make sure it was in budget for my husband's needs. I've worked with Angela personally and she is so thorough in her explanations of what she is doing and why certain things needs to be done. They've turned my oral hygiene a complete 180. My daughter loves going into the office and showing off how well she's done. Also, she stopped drinking milk before bed cold turkey because Dr. Park said it wasn't good for her (something we've been trying to ween her off of.) Love the friendly and welcoming staff. read more

Stay away from this office and especially Rodney K. Park!! My girlfriend and I were looking for a new dentist so we were excited to find one close to our home with such 'great' reviews. She had her appointment a few days before mine was scheduled. When my gf came home from her appointment, she was in tears. I was shocked a dental cleaning could cause tears. She informed me that Dr. Rodney K. Park was insulting, rough in her mouth, and had no bedside manner. He physically hurt her when he was checking her teeth. Then made fun of my gf in front of people. Apparently, he thinks his jokes are funny but they are insulting and unnecessary. (Also, who makes fun of their patients to other patients? Very unprofessional.) Rodney's ego is on ten. Clearly his passion is NOT dentistry, if it was, he would care about his patients. On top of that, her cleaning was rushed and they tried to overcharge the insurance. I forgot to add, she waited 45 minutes to be seen - they have no consideration for people's time. A few weeks after the cleaning, she had a feeling she should call her insurance because the office seemed sketchy. Come to find out, she was billed for work that hadn't been done. I quickly canceled my appointment with that office. After this experience, I would highly advise you to find a better dental office. This office should be closed! read more

My family (sister and parents) have been with Dr. Park since the mid 90's. We had tried several others, but he was definitely the best and we have stayed ever since. The parents have had some major work done (root canals, crowns, bridges) and can attest to his skill-they love it! (Says a lot, if one can love that kind of work being done, right?) Dr. Park and his staff are personable and wonderful to see... it is like you are a part of their family when you visit. I have referred friends to Dr. Park, and after one visit they started bringing their significant others, families and co-workers to the office-the great dental work and relationship with the people at this office cannot be beat. Their team makes it fun to go to the dentist. Kathy, the office manager, always got your back with reminders and reschedules. She's a treat to talk to - professional, nice, remembers your name, and is always fun to chat with. Dr. Park - super cool, never pushy, honest, and always attempts to deepen the relationship with referrals, recommendations, and jokes. He is also very professional and quick - great for those with day jobs. You rarely have to wait to get seated, the hygienists are always good. I went for my first visit with Dr. Park yesterday because I have been experiencing tooth pain. He is my husband's family dentist, the dentist he grew up with. The office is very clean and the staff is so easy to work with! I thought I would be going in for a cleaning and they would schedule me for the root canal I was long over due for on another date. Instead...I filled out my new patient paperwork, was seated, x-rayed, and the root canal process (Step 1 of 3) was completed within an hour. Straight to business, just how a person with a toothache LOVES IT!!! My previous dentist would sugar coated things by always saying "Very nice...your teeth look great." Let me tell you they are not in great condition, but what I liked about Dr. Park was he was very direct in telling me that drinking coffee with cream and sugar dailey is NOT GOOD for my teeth! read more

Great, talented and very professional - our family dentist. We are his clients for 2 years already. Last year had 2 terrible cases with my teeth. He was always ready to help. Dr. Park has been my dentist for over 20 years. I referred my mother-in-law to him and now she has been going to him for a few years. He is the best dentist in town. Everyone there is so nice! I love Dr. Park and his staff. Just had some extensive crown work performed (4) and ran into some problems. He and his staff were extremely helpful, coming in on a Saturday morning and Saturday night (at 10pm) to fix the temporary crowns. They were very conscientious of my concerns and even through the procedure was painful, they made every attempt to make it as painless and quick as possible so that the healing could begin. I just had a bad experience with this dentist. I took the appointment for exam and teeth cleaning. First, one of the hygienists or assistants, came and she took the x-rays and she told that she would not perform the cleaning even though i had taken the appointment for one, because she has seen the x-rays and found out that the gums were not in good shape and she told that i have some periodontal issues, and she told i need to have a deep cleaning, and she was talking about all kinds of treatments and tried to talk me into them. Almost an hour passed, and still i don't see the dentist, and she is just passing time. Then, at last when he comes for the exam, he does the exam for just two minutes and he moves on to other patients. Later, I found out the reason why, they have given appointments to 4-5 patients at the same time, and he doesn't even bother to have a look at my teeth. I would sincerely suggest you to avoid this dentist, they just don't do anything and just waste your time and try to trick you into all kinds of unnecessary treatments read more
