The woman answering said she would get in touch with the technician and let me know "ETA." I set an appointment for 1:00 - that should have been the ETA. If they were going to be late, they should have called me before 1:00 or 5 or 10 minutes after, not leave me hanging 40 minutes in. The woman asked if me I had someplace to go, as if one schedules an appointment, and then waits for them to show up whenever. What's the point in making an appointment then? I expected them to come at or around 1:00. She did apparently get in touch with the technician finally, but by then it was almost 2:00 and I called back and cancelled. I would not recommend.

I was upset because I paid $150 for them to replace my cracked screen with a cheap poor quality screen. My phone had been cracked for the past two months when I dropped It again and I was completely unable to use my phone. I took it to Skinny's and it took about 45 minutes to fix my screen. I believe it cost around $170. I knew they would do quality work, so I had no problem paying the price. I can definitely tell the difference in the quality of my screen. The shop was very nice and very clean! Highly recommend!
