The moment we walked into the spacious, warm, and inviting lobby, we felt incredibly welcome. A HUGE shoutout to Ms. Mitra at the front desk, she provided a fast, friendly, and genuinely warm check-in experience that instantly set a wonderful tone for our entire trip. The hotel amenities completely exceeded our expectations. The balcony room we stayed in was nice. The bathroom is small but serves its purpose. The amazing free HOT breakfast featured a fantastic spread. I like and appreciate that they write the menu out nightly. This is the first hotel I've seen a pancake maker and a super automatic coffee espresso machine maker with at least 15 options. The french vanilla hot chocolate is so good. They have a touchless bottle-refilling water fountain. Great place for spending your afternoons relaxing by the nice pool and hot tub, and evenings spent out on the patio by the fire pit looking at the beautiful mountains. There's a pub next door and a Circle K across the street that you can walk to.. Walmart, fast food, chain resturants and a mall is six miles or less. This Fairfield was 25 minutes from both destinations and appeared to be recently renovated. Our room was a king bedroom suite which was very spacious and clean. My only big complaint was noise through the extremely thin walls and traffic noise of the nearby AZ-92 -- and we could hear it from the third floor and furthest room from the road. They provided us with complimentary ear plugs which was much appreciated. Nonetheless we had a wonderful stay here and would recommend it. Perhaps the TownePlace Suites other Marriott property just down the road is quieter. *shrug*
