This hotel deserves zero stars. One of the nastiest hotels I've ever stayed in. No room service, the WiFi never worked, the water barely gets hot, no microwave, front desk staff speak very little English, they add a $100 damage deposit (the whole hotel isn't even worth $100....) It smells bad. This hotel needs to be condemned. Also, I was told there was a "complimentary" cruise shuttle and when I went to book it they wanted to charge me $52. I was supposed to stay here after my cruise but we canceled and will be staying elsewhere.

Not too shabby for the price. Came with a mini fridge and a tv. The furniture in our room was broken, but we didn't use it anyways. The hall always smelled like someone was cooking but it was strange since there wasn't appliances to cook with in the rooms.

Close to the airport if you need a quick crash. Pricy for what you're getting, and the shuttle is only 7am-7pm, but it will work in a pinch. The room is nothing at all special, and you may need extra pillows as we did, but the front desk guy was nice and the room was clean.

I was flying out the next morning early and decided to find a place I could sleep at , walking distance from the airport. This was non-refundable but was so gross to me I almost bailed anyway. Hair on the bathroom floor, what looked to be mildew on the top of the shower enclosure and a hand towel that was clearly left from the prior guests. I unwrapped the bar of soap and it felt wet. It appeared to be stuck back in a package to pass off as new soap. It was so gross. Never again!!!! I'd give zero stars if possible!

Let me preface my review by saying that I am traveling to a different state every month. That said, the important criteria for me are: cleanliness, an approachable staff, and a quiet room. Based on my 4 day experience at this Seattle location, I give them 5 stars. Staff were so nice, helpfull, and professional. My room was clean & so comfortable. I require something substantial covering me and my bed came with a quilted, reversible bed cover. I was so happy about this as well for the comfortable mattress. Also in the room was a desk, comfy office chair, new & very effecient a/c and large openable window to hear the finches and see Pacific Northwest trees. The bath was spotless with a nice shower. To add a cherry or two over top, was free morn ing coffee, free airport shuttle, a 7/11 & Denny's in walking distance and the light rail that takes you right to the downtown area. Finally, was the price, $225 for 3 nights & received my $100 deposit back in 72 hours.

No box spring. Like a cot or a prison bed. :(

Beds were terribly uncomfortable. We checked out a day early. Cords to lamps were frayed and unusable. Room was dark. TV dated. The beds have no box spring and mattresses are thin and lumpy like a cot or prison bed. Would not recommend. Smoking rooms. That's about all for the positives.

Well, I know that running a small business is tough but... Come on man. This place needs some upgrades. Yes, it is inexpensive but I can't give it a strong endorsement. The faucets barely worked in the sink and shower. The soaps were the cheapest little things I have ever seen in a hotel. The furniture is just really old. Even the continental breakast coffee tasted cheap. I hate to be petty. A guy on his own is fine here. But a picky spouse may not be happy at all here.

One wonders what sort of violence occurred here.

Wow, what a dump. From the moment I walked into my room, I was underwhelmed and disappointed. First off, was the overall stink of the room, smelling of mildew and other unidentifiable aromas. I immediately opened the window in an attempt to air the place out. I was a bit surprised to see there was no bug screen, since Seattle has its share of mosquitoes. Nevertheless, I was willing to suffer some bites in order to breathe something other than the fetid air in that room. The room has a number of impromptu patches on the wall (see picture), making one wonder what sort of activities are normally engaged in while people stay here. My TV could not be turned on by the remote, nor could the light between the beds. One of the chairs had multiple cuts in it, but evidently the management still felt it was serviceable to continue using it. Lastly, a word about their shuttle service, such as it is. I arrived at 9:30 in the evening and when I called for the shuttle, I was informed it only runs from 7am to 7pm. Tack on another $17 for an Uber ride. The next morning, I went down ten minutes early to wait for the 9am shuttle. At 10 minutes after, I went inside to inquire about the shuttle and was told the next one would depart at 9:30. When asked about the "every 30 minutes shuttle", they finally agreed to give me a ride. Bottom line: if you can find a freeway underpass to sleep the night, you are probably better off than going to this dive.

This lodge was used for our return flight from SEATAC to HNL due to the convenience factor close to the airport. One thing I've learned over many years of travel - stay closer to the hotel if you have an early morning flight out. Don't risk staying miles away driving in traffic, because anything can happen. STELLAR: - Shout out to TJ and Minerva!!! - We were treated with the utmost care and almost like family the minute we checked in to drop off our luggage. We were very early but didn't want to explore Seattle with luggage in our rental car, so they stored it for us. They texted us several hours later to tell us our room was early. We ended up checking in at 10:30 PM because we had other plans and forgot to tell the hotel. They were very worried about us as they saw our luggage still sitting on the floor. They feared we got into a bad accident, or got kidnapped, and all other manner of bad things. Next time I will make sure to call ahead. GREAT: - Rooms are clean and comfortable, nice and spacious! - Quiet and restful. - Very attractive grounds. My plan was to explore but we got back late into the night, so perhaps next time. - Self parking, lot of room! Open-air. - Super close to the airport, less than 15 minutes away. - Complimentary mini Haagen Daas Ice Creams in the common lounge in the freezer (see picture) - Complimentary purified water stations, coffee in the AM and cookies. - Affordable, especially if you book out a year in advance like I did. We paid $274.36 for a Double Queen. - Self park daily $33.00. Other: - We grabbed take out breakfast from Taco Bell down the street for the airport wait. - If you want to have some wine, cocktails or beer, save your money, don't buy any from the gas station down the street, the cost was prohibitive. Buy before you get to Cedarbrook. The Lodge has a cocktail lounge but didn't try it. Amazing lodge with the best service, clean, spacious and quiet rooms on a gorgeous property near SEATAC airport. Return Factor: - Yes, next time will try to enjoy the grounds and the amenities instead of using it as a crash pad.

For this trip, though, we did not have the pups and had a painfully early flight, so we decided to stay close to the airport the night before. It's actually a really nice place. Check in was smooth and welcoming, and the front drive experience was great. I think the person who helped us at the front drive was named Ratchet (apologies if I'm getting that wrong), the only guy out front on New Year's Eve. With a full service Marriott, you generally know what you're getting, an updated, very clean room. One thing that stood out here was that the rooms have hardwood floors, which was interesting and a bit unexpected. Some of the rooms face inward toward the interior of the building. We had dinner and drinks at Aqua Terra, and it was definitely worth it. Our server, Jone, was excellent and made great recommendations. The airport shuttle was a huge plus. It runs every 15 minutes, and they have several shuttles going, which made the early morning departure way less stressful. Overall, a solid choice if you are looking for a convenient airport hotel, especially if you have an early flight or your flight gets delayed and you suddenly need a place to stay.

But no need since they have shuttles that run about every 20 minutes to the airport. Also, you can grab the light rail from the airport, which means you can head into downtown Seattle for a measly $3, way cheaper than any other type of transportation. I do like the buffet breakfast a lot, higher quality than some of its peers. They usually have some interesting meats and cheeses, and will make an omelet with bespoke ingredients as part of the buffet. However, sometimes service can be a bit hit or miss. The last time I was there in April 2026, my waitress seemed like she was out of it and charged me the wrong price. I did manage to get it cleared up, but it was frustrating. This hotel has really nice conference rooms and function space. I also think overall the staff is pretty nice. Usually, some of the elevators are not working, which is frustrating. On day three, the service elevator was suddenly accessible to those who needed it, but two days went by before it was offered as an option. Housekeeping was inattentive. I left the room at 8:30 in the morning, without the do not disturb sign on. I could see the carts moving down the hall, so I knew they had been working on rooms. At 2 pm, I could see no carts in the hallway and the room hadn't been made up. I called and asked for extra towels and asked when they would get to the room. They sent someone especially to straighten the room, since they were done for the day. No one ever brought extra towels, though. The breakfast restaurant was a great idea, but our server was definitely on something. She was very out of it. At one point, she dropped the coffee pot off at our table by mistake and didn't give us the bill but demanded our credit cards. Twenty minutes later she came back and told us that we forgot to sign the slips. No. She never dropped them off for us to sign, plus she'd kidnapped our credit cards so we were unable to leave. When she finally brought them back, she had double charged us. We tried to get help and no one, including the manager wanted to help when it was the server's error. We kept being told that she was on her way. It took her fifteen minutes to come out of the kitchen to help fix it and then another five minutes to figure out how to fix it. Ridiculous. The shuttle and luggage hold were great. Every twenty minutes the shuttle would pick up at the airport and drop off at the hotel. It was extremely easy and convenient.
