DO NOT stay here - your health and safety are at risk. SERIOUS HEALTH HAZARDS: Black Mold Everywhere: Within minutes of entering the bathroom, I experienced severe shortness of breath. The shower had extensive black mold growth that was clearly long-standing and completely unaddressed. This is a serious respiratory hazard that should have made the room uninhabitable. Dangerous Electrical Violations: An extension cord was running FROM ANOTHER ROOM into Room 11 with FIVE devices plugged into it. This is a massive fire hazard and clear electrical code violation. How is this even legal? Improper Chemical Use: When I reported the mold to management, instead of properly addressing it, they came in with harsh chemicals and started spraying without any ventilation or safety measures. This made my breathing problems WORSE, not better. REFUSED REFUND FOR UNSAFE CONDITIONS: When I asked for my money back due to these completely uninhabitable and dangerous conditions, I was flatly told NO. They said I either had to stay in the unsafe room or leave without my money. This is unacceptable - no one should be forced to pay for a room that poses health risks. SUSPICIOUS INCIDENT: While dealing with management about the refund, my truck keys disappeared from the bathroom sink where I had placed them. When I got back to my 2023 GMC AT-4, my doors were unlocked (they had been locked) and the truck wouldn't start - it said "remote not in truck." I went back to look for my keys, and the manager suggested I look under the bed. When I returned to my truck again, I caught the manager at my driver's side door, and she moved away quickly. Suddenly my truck started, and I found my keys in the driver's side door panel - a place I had already thoroughly searched and they were NOT there before. I cannot prove anything, but the timing and circumstances are extremely suspicious and concerning. BOTTOM LINE: This motel has: Dangerous black mold Fire hazard electrical violations Improper handling of health issues No refunds for uninhabitable rooms Questionable security practices Extremely shady management I have filed formal complaints with the Denver Health Department and Better Business Bureau. This place needs to be investigated and shut down until serious repairs and management changes are made. STAY AWAY. Pay more and go literally anywhere else. Your health, safety, and peace of mind are worth it. Update: I am still experiencing respiratory issues days after this stay due to the mold exposure.

In a sketchy area of town (although the hotel can't help that), I was reluctant to go out alone even during the day. And it's never a good sign when there is a plunger next to the toilet in the room. The hotel itself was old and shabby. Worn carpets, uninviting. The room was painted bright orange. I felt like I was living in a traffic cone. There were no real curtains on the window in the alcove, making the room feel very open and not at all private. Never saw another person: no staff, no cleaning crew, no other guests. Everything was done via text, and the phone number they texted me the code to wasn't even my number. Had to call to get the codes, seemingly to a Virginia number. No remote in the room and it took hours after I asked for it to arrive. It had been left at another room! Soap was miniscule, there was no shampoo. The only amenity was a shaving kit. Bathtub was dingy. The only thing right was the air conditioning worked. Had I been able to cancel and get a refund, I would have left and gone elsewhere. Unsatisfactory all the way around.

Since Hilton is known for their service, it was shocking. The woman behind the desk said "Hiiii" in a very tired, sarcastic, and mocking way. She never smiled, asked us any questions. She was clearly annoyed to be doing her job. She then shoved our room keys at us and didn't even say "bye" or "have a great stay." It was so weird. 2) Rooms: Our suite was great! It was clean, spacious and came with a living room. The king-sized bed was so comfortable. 3) Space: The hotel is beautiful with an open lobby and bar. 4) Parking: Sadly, parking costs money so we parked outside of the hotel on the street.

The first day I asked and she said every other day. Which is fine if they actually came to clean it. I asked both Friday and Saturday to have it cleaned and nothing. We had to ask for clean towels. The breakfast buffet is typical Hilton powdered eggs and waffles. The lady taking care of it keeps it stocked and tidy. The microwave didn't work so maintenance came and looked at it. When I told him what was wrong he said oh yeah like he knew it was broken already. Anyways they fixed it the next day. The pool is nice and very warm but the hot tub is cold lol. We went down three times and never enough pool towels available. I tried calling down to the front desk and I guess all the phones are down. Plus there's hardly ever anyone at the front desk. No one there to help or even greet guests. They come running from the back office like they are busy doing something else and really don't want to be bothered. So in the end all I can say is this hotel is poorly ran, staff not trained properly in hospitality and management didn't seem to care about its guests.
