Super friendly and kind staff. Our room was the perfect size, comfortable, and clean. The remote/keypad required some trial and error to figure out but it was smooth once we did. It was a great time and we would definitely go back soon.

Set-up

Went to this spot for the first time last night for a Friendsgiving- it was great! The service was good! They gave us more mics, trash can, helped up with the device to choose songs. The place was very clean and well kept and nicely decorated. The room was a great size for my group and the tech worked well. When you come here it's the third floor of the plaza. We brought canned drinks, food, decorations, etc. We had a great time and will be back! Can't beat the price.

This is the first time in 10+ years since I have been to a Karaoke place. It would help if the controller had English on it even though this is a Korean Karaoke place. They need to make the controller more universal to other nationalities. Even the staff member did not know how to help us with the controller and assist us with the menu on the TV itself. On the TV you have to go through a list instead of being able to type in the name of the artist or the name of the song. Other than that the karaoke place was all right but it was a bit pricey.

Very clean environment & spacious environment, they gave us a room that could've easily fit 15 people. Thank god for the sound-proof walls. I don't speak Korean and I cannot read Chinese so we stuck to singing mostly English songs. I wish there were more English options to choose from, but there were enough options that we still sang our hearts out for 2 hours. We'll see you again soon, kam sahm ni dah!

On a Saturday night, one person was saying it was $50 and free other was saying $40. But for what you're paying it's an ok karaoke place. The songs get updated pretty quickly though I went two weeks after a new BTS song came out and it was there. The food seems to be from the Exit 201 next door. Which is very average. Nothing special about it. But very pricey probably because they need to make a profit off it. Like $20 for odenggtang? The rooms are older but decently clean. They put in UV light strip on the wall to "sanitize" the room. It's nice to have you're own room and not have to worry about other guests. The owners were not wearing a mask though. . If you need drinks, just push the service button on the wall and someone will come assist you. Water is not complimentary and you need to buy bottled water. But the popcorn is complimentary.

There's also a large parking lot out front, so parking was easy and convenient. The rooms themselves were decent, but the karaoke setup definitely felt outdated and was harder to use than expected. There were two ways to select songs: using the Korean karaoke system or a Samsung tablet connected to YouTube. We ended up using YouTube, but the system was frustrating to navigate. The tablet had a thick film over the screen that made clicking difficult, and searching songs had to be extremely specific for karaoke vibes (for example, typing "Love Story KTV" instead of just the song name). It was also inconvenient trying to queue songs while someone else was singing because you had to minimize the current video to search the next one, making it hard for the person singing to follow the lyrics. On top of that, every time we tried adding songs to the queue, it would accidentally click into another video and cut off the current song mid performance. A lot of time was wasted just trying to search and add songs. It would be better if they allowed Bluetooth connection to personal devices instead, so adding songs would be more efficient, just a thought...

I have only been to one other karaoke place before, so there is not much of a comparison…read more I came here on a Saturday with me and 4 other friends (so 5 people total). We had called in advance to find out a price first to compare in the area and found out it was $35/hour. But my friend kept on insisting they had some free hours. We arrived at the place and found out that if you go between 3pm to 7pm, you only had to pay a flat rate for the first hour and the rest are covered. We thought it was a pretty good deal and it is 7 days a week. We didn't make it at 3 but still got a good 2 and half hours in. For $7 a person I think it was worth it. At first I thought oh the rooms aren't sound proof but once you start singing, you can't hear the other rooms anymore. I liked the room we were in. There was enough space for us plus extra. The room had the crazy rainbow party lights and tambourines. The room was also set up in a way where if you really wanted you can stand up in the front and use the screen on the back wall to read the words (Mini show for your friends). I also liked that this karaoke system scored you. I am not sure how it works but it must be complicated because I kept getting 00 for songs I usually can score well it on other systems. Or I was just off my game. Still good laughs. Some things to note: -You have to pay for parking meter (though it is cheap in Palisades Park 25 cents per 30 minutes) -It really helps to have a Korean friend who can read and speak Korean. The remote is in Korean and you can search for songs on the system instead of looking through the book. (My Korean friend loved this feature) But if you are looking through the books you can just get number and plug it in. You don't need to know in Korean red means cancel, green means go and the yellow one means wait in the queue.

Eh. I think there are better places in the area you can check out…read more It's clean and modern, long hallway of room after room. They have lots of songs but I wish they had mic covers. One time the mic accidentally brushed my lip and I immediately looked for some hand sanitizer to rub on my lips. *shudder* No specific complaints, if you're looking for a place to sing I think it suffices. They have a good happy hour type deal if you go early. But I went on a Wednesday night - my friends and I were the only ones there. We paid ~$145 for 4 hours or so....felt like a lot but I guess it's the rate. But on such a dead night it would be nice if they comped our 2 sodas or something. Plus, as we were paying the bill they asked us how much we wanted to tip....FINE. I usually tip at these places but I was annoyed to have been asked, especially since they DID NOTHING FOR US. I actually went and got my own drinks out of the fridge so the only time they came into the room for us was to add time to our karaoke machine.... It's fine. An option if I'm looking to sing but not my first pick.

What a fun Pocha. Came here after the BTS concert. Luckily we pre booked. Was running a little late…read moreand called them to change the reservations and they were fine with it. Totally packed. There are wooden booth seating and your typical round metal tables when stools that you find at a Pocha. Lots of items on the menu. We picked the half half pajeon that was half seafood pancake and half kimchi. Both were delicious but the kimchi one really stood out. Great taste and nice crisp to the texture. We also ordered the charcoal grilled pigs feet. Came with seasoned seaweed rice balls and bean sprouts. Delicious charcoaled taste with a spicy kick. Totally recommend. Also ordered the stir fried octopus that also came with riceballs and beans sprout. Our least fave dish of the nice was the chicken gizzard. Very dry and tasteless and missing the sesame oil dip that normally comes with this dish. For drinks we ordered the apricot soju. Sugar free but I didn't like the after taste. However this is my niece's favorite soju. I didn't like the fake sugar aftertaste. This place was so much fun. Loved that they blasted BTS musics and videos the whole time. Made me feel totally young and hip.

It was odd that you scanned the qr code to see the menu but you still order via waitstaff. An interesting relic that remains from the covid times. We got the fishcake soup and the korean savory pancake (two flavors: seafood and kimchi). The soup comes with fishcake on a stick as well as ricecakes (duk), a hardboiled egg and udon and they put it over a small heater so it stays hot. The pancake was on the gummy side (could use a bit more filling) but overall delicious. Knocked a star off because service was on the slow side (both to order and to get the check, and our waiter did not really check on us all that much) but other than that an enjoyable experience.

We went to check several…read morekaraoke spots in the area, and found this one to be most cost effective ($40/hour for 4 guests, $5/hour for each additional guest), nicer rooms and a fantastic food menu as well, since also had a restaurant section. Added benefit, they had their own parking lot, fitting about 10-12 cars right in front of the 3rd floor entrance thru the private parking lot. Once we arrived on Saturday evening, the manager took us to their biggest room since we had about 14 people. The room was cozy enough. All guests were able to see the TV fine. The music/lyrics were played through Youtube, so it was easy to search and play them. The microphones and sound systems worked fine too. We were the only ones in the karaoke room around 7pm, but by 9pm all their rooms were full, so was the restaurant's dining space. During the party, we ordered a bunch of drinks and food items. They had a call-in button in the room that notified the manager to come in. The grape slush bowl were massive hits among our friends. Ube rice wine also good. Among food onion rings, fresh fries, cheese sticks, fried (pork) dumplings, chicken wings, chili shrimp, and cream shrimp all were good quality. I loved the fried gizzards, takoyakis and butter roasted squid. They actually served a whole squid that I had to cut in pieces. Throughout the night the manager and rest of staff members provided wonderful service. Being a large party, we had lots of orders and requests, that they accommodated for us. They also kept the birthday cake in their kitchen and when we were ready, they brought it out with a fire cracker on top. We also got plenty of bowls and cups for all of us to share the food, cake and drinks. Originally we had booked for 2 hours, but since everyone was having such good time, we extended for another hour. Highly recommend them for karaoke night or just to enjoy some delicious Korean food.
