The staff is all very attentive to each student's form and limitations while encouraging us to our safe maximum. Even in a class setting, you'll feel you are getting instruction akin to a personal training session. And in this strange era of COVID-19, owner, Nancy, has made extraordinary efforts to keep us all safe. Spaces are defined, distanced and disinfected thoroughly between use. What are you waiting for? I was absolutely impressed with this quaint yet complete fitness center for the following reasons: 1. The coaching & daily workout-of-the-day programming is excellent. Coach Joe made me feel very welcome and treated me like a friend from day one. 2. The equipment is very clean and seems brand-new. 3. So many amenities -- I enjoyed having use of the shower facility along with toiletries and towels. 4. The owner (Nancy) is very active in the business, and goes out of her way to connect with clients. During one visit, I had forgotten my jump ropes at the gym. Nancy bundled them up, and dropped them off at my hotel for me. 5. I'll mention the equipment again -- just about everything you'd ever want or need in a facility, and it was in very good and clean condition. 6. The hours of availability were very nice... morning and evening classes, and open gym ALL DAY LONG. 7. Special classes and open gym are offered on weekends, along with in-house nutrition/wellness challenges. I highly recommend Quadrant Fitness, and will visit again when I return to Atlanta.

I have been working with Mr. Blu Man Fitness aka Sammy for a little over a month and have seen some incredible results! To date, I have lost 18 pounds, lost 8 inches off of my waist and lost 5% body fat! Most importantly my blood pressure has improved over this little period of time and has resulted in reductions in my blood pressure medicine! I can honestly say that I never thought I would go this route (scared of working with a trainer) and was even considering surgery, but am so glad that I decided to try Mr. Blu Man Fitness. This experience has totally changed my mind about exercise because Sammy makes working out fun! Each day there is a different workout so you never get bored with exercising. I've been training with Andrew at Diakadi for 2 months and have already noticed functional strength…read moreimprovements after a month of training with him. I wasn't able to do a single pull-up before and can now do two in row with the hardest grip position. As a trainer, he's really professional and knows his stuff. He's very responsive and communicative over text and flexible around scheduling! You can tell Andrew is passionate about what he does, he's interested in developing himself, and takes a holistic approach to health and wellness. He has certifications in P-DTR, which has really transformed my workouts as I'm able to keep going and get slight corrections. Before training with Andrew, I was already fairly active and I still take a lot of various small group classes at boutique fitness studios. I've dabbled in weightlifting before but I decided to work out with a trainer to build confidence with lifts and nail my form. I also had strength goals of building the requisite upper body strength for needed to execute aerial skills. With Andrew's help, I finally learned how to engage my back muscles properly (hello lats and rhomboids!) and strengthened my weaker accessory muscles and imbalances. Andrew is very receptive to my feedback. He adjusts the program to my goals and where I'm at fitness wise, never condescending or slow-tracking me (I'm not a complete newb) and not over-indexing on weight loss goals - though I did have slightly better composition as a side effect. After the initial assessment, he quickly got me started on a personalized strength building program. He continually adjusted my program based on where he was able to pinpoint weaknesses during our sessions. His coaching is also technical, provides good instructions on cleaning up form. I like Andrew's attitude and motivational style - he's encouraging and pushes me when he knows I have a little more in me.

I spent the last 12 weeks enjoying a fun and challenging workout with him, adding a two inches to my chest, and about an inch to each thigh. He's a lovely guy (fun, friendly, awesome personality) and a great trainer, attentive to the finer details of form and even diet. He is generous and thoughtful in his assessment of your training needs. I highly recommend working with him.
