However, if you get a chance to use one of the two workout rooms, you'll be able to spread out more and have more privacy. One of the rooms is for group classes and has TRX, boxing equipment and kettle bells. The other room is used for spin class and has a wood floor. As long as no class is going on, you are free to use the rooms. I utilized Andrew's personal training. I enjoyed working out with him. He made sure to get a good sense of my abilities and challenge me each session. There are no lockers but I haven't had any issues with theft. It also helps that when I go there are only about 4 other people there. Parking is easy to access. The gym always appears clean and bathrooms are individual.

I started attending their beginner spin class a couple of months ago, and while it's labeled beginner, it's still challenging and well-structured. The music is great, the energy is high, and the class keeps you fully engaged. Jacqueline McGee is easily one of the best spin instructors I've had in over 25 years. She sets the tone from start to finish and creates a welcoming, non-judgmental environment. There are always new people in class, and by the end, everyone feels comfortable and motivated, which says a lot about her leadership and coaching style. The pricing is very reasonable--$99 for 15 spin classes per month is an excellent value for the quality you're getting. The facility is clean, well-maintained, with plenty of parking and nice locker rooms. You can also see small-group training and other classes in action, especially on their social media. Overall, it's a great class in a great facility, and supporting a Black-owned business thriving in the Atlanta and surrounding area is always a positive. Highly recommended.

Run Club was out of my comfort zone BUT I really needed the challenge and Coop the coach made it so much easier because she was so motivating! Lastly mobility and core class! WOW! If you aren't an employee of Delta, there are a couple other small gyms nearby that you don't need to be an employee to visit. This is a pretty good gym for how small it is. There really is something here for everyone, from machine users to powerlifters to yogis to TRXers to CrossFitters. There are quite a few machines, both cardio (ellipticals, treadmills, rowers, and bikes) and weight (cable machines, as well as the run-of-the-mill muscle isolation machines). Additionally, there is a large free weight area, including dumbbells, barbells, squat racks, and a lifting platform. There are also plyo boxes, all sorts of balls, and stretching/rolling aids. They have a pretty good class schedule and variety of offerings, especially on weekdays, and the entire gym is open every day except holidays. The locker/shower rooms are really nice and big. For a small fee, they also offer massages. Fees are reasonable (you can get a day pass for $5 if you are here for a short time), and totally worth it to get a major upgrade over the local hotel "gyms."

Tasha and her wonderful staff/trainers are the most encouraging group of people I have encountered in one place. From day one, I felt like I belonged... like family. Not only do you get support from the Team you get support from the members. There are all types of members there for one reason or another and you never have to worry about being ashamed or out of place. You are getting so much from Taddas... Regardless of what your goal is, you will be pushed and encourage physically as well as spiritually. I can remember back to my third camp and we had Yoga on a Friday from being thru so much the first two weeks, the lights was turned down, we mediated and Tasha walked around and gave encouraging words while we listened to gospel.... I broke down like I been holding in my pain and hurt for years and it was one of the best feelings I ever experienced. Her encouragement gave me the extra push I needed and for that I'm forever grateful and she will forever be Bless for what she is doing and for the loving heart she has. Give Taddas A try...
