If you aren't an employee of Delta, there are a couple other small gyms nearby that you don't need to be an employee to visit. This is a pretty good gym for how small it is. There really is something here for everyone, from machine users to powerlifters to yogis to TRXers to CrossFitters. There are quite a few machines, both cardio (ellipticals, treadmills, rowers, and bikes) and weight (cable machines, as well as the run-of-the-mill muscle isolation machines). Additionally, there is a large free weight area, including dumbbells, barbells, squat racks, and a lifting platform. There are also plyo boxes, all sorts of balls, and stretching/rolling aids. They have a pretty good class schedule and variety of offerings, especially on weekdays, and the entire gym is open every day except holidays. The locker/shower rooms are really nice and big. For a small fee, they also offer massages. Fees are reasonable (you can get a day pass for $5 if you are here for a short time), and totally worth it to get a major upgrade over the local hotel "gyms."

Out of all of the Workout Anytime's, this is by far the worst. I'm a gym rat, and in the last 27yrs of going to the gym, this is the worst. First of all, as you walk in, look around. Notice that some machines are out of service. They will be like that for a long time. It will mess with your workout routine. Second of all, gym trainers will interrupt your workout to accomplish what they want. I.e. you just did some machine bicep curls. If you turn around and look back again, there might be someone else working out there. Third, what they call music is just loud noise. I guess the owners of this gym have poor taste. Finally, and what really upset me about this gym is that they are thieves. They operate on a finders-keepers-losers-keepers basis. In other words, if you leave something behind, it is theirs to take. That is what happened with me. That day, I live 20mins away. I'd left a piece of gym clothing. It was late, didn't feel like driving back. But as soon as I got home, I called the gym and left a VM. Next day, went back and asked if they found my clothing. No one new anything. They denied getting any message from me. For the rest of the week, I'd ask every time I came to the Stockbridge Workout Anytime. In summary, if given a chance, they will gladly steal from you.

It was listed as the early voting location, so I decided to come here to vote. I was dropped off at the front of the building, which had several steps that you have to walk up. This may impact those that are mobility challenged or handicapped. I'm sure there was another entrance in the back of the building. I did see a handicap ramp in the front though. There were signs everywhere with directions on where to locate the voting booths. The election staff was very pleasant. I had no problems with signing in or the actual voting process.
