They weren't interested AT ALL when I called them to report. We finally just installed a battery kill switch and we've been on the same battery for a few years now. Drove 45 minutes to them. They said our front brake was locked up. ??No hot smell, no pulling. Said we needed brakes done and it would cost around $4000 . ??? What the heck! $4000 FOR BRAKES??? Charged us $150 for their 'diagnosis'. Drove back 45 miles, used a thermal gun to check temps on wheels...NORMAL. Took RV to a different garage. Brakes NOT locked up. 65% good brakes on front, 70% on rear. Got new tires all around, drives great. Less than a thousand dollars for all new 10ply tires, ZERO BRAKE WORK.
