Great selection of Chocolate to go. I especially love their thin sea salt crisps £16

Here's what you need to know: this is one of thee very best Chocolatrie's I have ever been too. The selection and crafting of chocolates is simply world class (using Belgian chocolate made in England). What a great London business that deserves its culinary stripes. Incredible hot chocolates created to order at this flagship location with the cafe. The staff is about as friendly as fun as you'll ever find at any shoppe. I was introduced to Rococo Chocolatrie at my hotel in Knightsbridge, and immediately fell in love. I looked hem in online and learned that their flagship store was up the street. I pulled out the stroller, strapped in the kids, and walked in the chilly December evening to get a hot chocolate. The chocolate and the shop exceeded all my expectations. They offer several hot chocolate creations in the shop, and I selected the sea salt option (my wife picked international spice blend, and my 4 year old went for the cinnamon spice hot chocolate). Each one of the drinks was just perfect and truly distinct from each other even they they used the same super high quality chocolate add. They very recently raised their prices and now charge right around £5 for a 6 oz drink, which is admittedly a little extravagant but acceptable for an indulgence while on vacation. The staff is young, energetic, well educated about their chocolates, and just super doting on the customers. The whole family just loved our time/interaction with them. My favorite ready to buy chocolate was their milk chocolate sea salt thin crisps (£16) which blew me away even though I'm almost exclusively a dark, dark chocolate guy. I did what anybody would and bought 3 boxes to take with me :) The selection of individual ganache chocolates in the case was just immaculate. Super gourmet flavors blended together to form an explosion in your mouth; Truly extravagant, intelligent flavor profiles. This location of Rococo offers a cafe and a little bakery, where they make fresh cakes and decadent chocolate torts in House. Each of the little 2 seater tables is adorned with a beautiful centerpiece of full sized cacao beans. This is a must stop for any food/chocolate lover while visiting London. Incredible quality chocolates and a super fun shoppe.

The decor is quite cute, full of personality, exactly the same as the products, boxes and packaging.

They even have the fanciest gift boxes you've ever seen outside of Fortnum & Mason. Despite once having been solely a chocolate shop, the interior gives off some posh vibes that invite you to stay awhile. Weather permitting, they also have outdoor seating for some ultimate people-watching. The coffee itself could use some improvement, but overall, it isn't terrible. They serve it with a side of chocolates, so you could chew on the sweet merchandise to cut through the bitterness of the overly-roasted java. Service isn't always the fastest if you're sitting down to eat or drink, but it's more of a "come in and stay awhile" kind of place, anyway. If you are coming in to stay a while, however, expect to pay a lot more than the price of your coffee. My £3.60 oat flat white somehow turned into £6.36 when I got my bill. Considering everything you're getting in one stop, as well as the touristy area it's in, however, you could do worse. They even have a washroom, which - if you're familiar with this part of town - can be a Godsend.

INFINIMENT CARAMEL (Salted-Butter Caramel) - Nice flavour and not overpowering. 3. INFINIMENT CITRON (Lemon) - Again a nice acidic taste but just right. 4. INFINIMENT CHOCOLAT PAINEIRAS (Pure Origin Brazilian Dark Chocolate) - Again a great treat and I have not had a bad one yet so cant wait to get more one day and try the others 5. INFINIMENT PISTACHE (Pistachio) - Probably my favourite to be honest and such a clean taste. Conclusion I have never purchased from this vendor before and now has become my favourite as the macaroons were amazing, soft but just the right amount of crunch and distintive but subtle taste and creamy centres. I had stored them in the fridge and had one or two each day and even on day four they tasted as good as day one. I highly recommend this company and although on the pricey side I think it is worth a treat now and again. As you will note I did not try the signature ones as they seemed a little more adventurous so next time I will give some of these a go for sure.

Mostly…read morewe were introduced to their wide range of chocolate bars which range from a milk chocolate through to a very tasty dark chocolate. They say not to pay attention to the cocoa content and rather to the flavor. Tucked away at the back of the chocolate hall or the front depending on how you enter it the chocolate counter can too easily be lost in the cacophony of chocolates assaulting your senses. Make sure you find it though because there's lots to recommend it! With a unique set of flavours divided into themes, this chocolate is delicate and quite pleasant. It's going to be different from anything you'll find elsewhere and you'll be appreciated no matter what you select. The easiest option rather than be overwhelmed by the selection is to go for a themed box. The Kaori box is going to make you the star of any party with a selection of very different flavours you can eat alone or dip in to another flavour to enjoy. I had the opportunity to sample this at my leisure along with a few chocolates and I can report back that while not all of the box of Kaori was quite to my taste, things that I did not think were to my taste were not as bad as I thought. The balance is well done here and the Kalamansi can be used like glue so dip your stick in there before your choice of Orange and Cocoa Nibs or Matcha Green Tea and Poppy Seeds power to coat the outside. It did take some getting used to but for a gift or at a party, this would be superb. While we did sample most of the chocolate bars we ran out of time to try much else as Harrods was closing! Of the few chocolates I sampled, the white was predictably sweet but the dark pleasantly mild. There was not as much body to the dark as I have become used to but hey I did enjoy it nonetheless. The milk was too sweet for me but many people will find this the perfect milk chocolate as it mirrors more closely the flavour and sweetness many expect in a milk chocolate. All in all a fantastic event and a great chocolate so quick go grab yourself some!

There are ranges of Galler chocolate specifically created for lactose intolerance and diabetes and if you're shopping for the choccie lover who has everything, look no further. The Kaori range consists of 6 ganache pencils and 3 'dips', meaning that 54 combinations are possible, all for a very reasonable £14.50. The Elementaires have floral, marine or 'volvanic' flavours and the tablets vary in taste according to the source of the cacao bean (Ecuador, Papua New Guinea) and cacao content. The prices vary greatly so you can find a treat to fit every wallet. Go at your peril.
