6 year old climbing on the wall.

We came here for a birthday party. My daughter is 6 and loved it. The employees here were awesome and my daughter now wants to have a party here as well. I'm so happy with the entire establishment, that her next party will be booked here. The party package price is reasonable. So much better than your typical kids birthday party at the pizza place with arcade games.

First time in town and this place is awesome! I definitely recommend. It it's great for the family and the kids love it! Prices are reasonable and you can come back and take a lunch break.

Ive grown to love this rock gym. Climbed here three times already and still learning. Unlike other larger and more sophisticated gyms, Rockzilla has a family friendly feel about it. I don't feel intimidated by other veteran climbers. There is enough beginner, intermediate and advanced climbing routes for everyone who wants a challenge. Owner is funny and helpful too. Brought our ladies bible study group for a weeknight of climbing. First time for most of them. Owner helped us out a lot. We'll keep coming back.

I had a good time here, except I wasn't too fond of the owner's jokes. Otherwise, was super helpful in choosing rock climbing shoes and teaching us how to know they are the perfect fit. The courses were fun! I would come again

She didn't make it up that high but she still had fun.

They will take your money and have extremely predatory contracts Upon signing up for the trial membership, we were excited to try it out. Essentially you pay for a two week membership, it was cool, but my wife and I weren't certain on things and decided to put the membership on hold. When we told them this, the employee never actually processed the "pause" on our end so I was charged. Obviously I was frustrated, but they then decided to refund me after fighting pretty hard for it, I'm assuming solely because they wanted my business back. Fast forward to a month later, In the trial agreement, and per the employees, if you put the membership on pause it will remain like that until you decide to change it. Literally says in the terms that it can stay paused for at MINIMUM 1 month. Not maximum, and their employees verified this. At no point does it say anything about reactivating my membership, yet they choose to do exactly that and charge me $180 with no explanation. Upon reaching out to the business, they took multiple days to respond to our emails, and since we were planning to cancel, they would not be refunding our money. Essentially saying "we'll keep your money now even though we had no right to charge you, because this time we won't get anymore from you" It's really disheartening to see a local business, claiming to be intertwined with the community only to find predatory practices to rip them off. At first I could see this as a form of miscommunication, but after ignoring us, then responding with a no, THEN following up with a double down on a no because it's "too late for us to process" when you took days to respond is disgusting. This business sucks, and I wanted to love it.

Great community | Strong climbing…read more I've been climbing for 18 years now. I've climbed both outdoors and indoors all over the country and in some other countries. Also, I lived in Santa Rosa for five years, connecting with this solid climbing community at another gym (including Kevin Jorgeson in this climbing community). So, with this in mind, please consider my review when deciding to come here. I'm so impressed with what K Jorg has done with this gym. It is a real upgrade to the community here. Everything about this place is well thought out. I love the aesthetics and how the layout of this place is. Upon entering, you're greeted by the front desk staff and enter the shop area. Sign up/sign in is easy and straight forward. Everything is organized and neat. To the left: ropes and autobelay To the right: bouldering Upstairs: workout training If you're new to climbing, the setting here is on the stiffer side compared to franchise gyms like Movement (planet granite). It's not a bad thing, really, because you know that you're going to become a strong climber. It's tougher grades, but the routes are intuitive enough to read and flow on the walls. I didn't find routes forced or requiring awkward movements. The kid teams were in that day when I went and it was impressive watching them go through their routines with ease. This is also the first time I've seen a gym have custom tags with matching color hardware! Again, K Jorg put a lot of thought into this place and it shows. You can feel and see the community here. From the seasoned climbers to the young newbies, everyone is happy and sharing the stoke. They're happy to connect and literally hang out together. This is why I love to climb. If a facility lacks a good community, it's no different than another franchise gym where you're just a number. Last thing I wanna mention that furthers the community aspect is the memorial wall to B-RAD foundation. The beautiful photos up are also of those in the climbing community too. This isn't just another gym that popped up. It's a place where people matter and the setting is quality.

A group of 10-12 girls and boys appearing to range in age from 10-14 are cussing and hitting each other. It is clear this behavior is acceptable and allowed as nothing has been addressed. They are speaking loud enough for me to hear across the room. The staff look bored, with one ignoring the obstacle course zone while talking to staff in the next one. The unattended zone, with the climbing and obstacles, has zero staff looking at it or within it (she has her back to it talking to staff in the dodgeball area). Kids in the obstacle course area are hitting and pushing each other, knocking down a child as they run throughout the zone. Staff, for the most part, are attentive or at least looking in the direction of the zone they are within. Our daughter is enjoying herself and that definitely counts. We traveled the distance for her to enjoy the glow hour experience. She greatly enjoyed the glow experience in Tahoe and the safety of the kids were the only focus of the staff. The play structures and zones were well maintained and clearly seen soap of recent. This location and experience is definitely not that. It is unlikely she will return with me, this space does not allow me to feel comfortable.

The parking lot can fill up and in that case, you will have to park farther down and walk to the trailhead. The earlier you start your hike, the more likely it wil be that you find parking, especially if you are going on a weekend. There are no bathrooms near the parking lot. There is also not a parking fee. We took the Table Rock Trail, which is about 4.4 miles total. It had amazing views. The trail has a rock labyrinth along the way that was fun to see. The trail is very rugged with lots of rocks the father you hike up this trail so come prepared with lots of water, hiking shoes, and dress in layers. The views from the top were amazing. There were areas with ice on the trail so be careful when hiking. There is a more popular trail to Mount Saint Helena that is very popular as well. We have not taken that trail yet, although plan to in the future. We will definitely be back at this state park and look forward to exploring the other trails.
